On the premise that the air volume of the range hood meets the standard,the current brands pay more attention to the noise of the range hood,and the noise directly affects people's purchase intention.The country is also constantly putting forward stricter standards for the noise of range hoods.After the promulgation of new noise standards,the quality requirements for range hoods have been raised to another level.Therefore,how to reduce the noise of range hood will be a big trend in the future.In order to reduce the noise value of the range hood in the maximum working gear,the finite element simulation and test are combined to analyze the noise of the range hood,aiming at the problem that the range hood equipped with different impellers generates different noises during working.In this paper,aiming at the problem of different sound of the impeller of range hood,several factors affecting the natural frequency of the impeller and optimization research are carried out,and an analysis process combining simulation analysis and test is proposed to improve the problem of different sound of the impeller under the premise of controlling the cost.The research of this topic mainly includes the following contents:1.Aiming at the problem that the range hood equipped with the original process impeller produces abnormal sound at the maximum working gear and the range hood equipped with the new process impeller does not produce abnormal sound at the maximum working gear,based on the finite element modal analysis theory,the constrained modal analysis of the original process impeller and the new process impeller is completed.Analysis shows that the natural frequencies of the original process impeller and the new process impeller are different under the same constraint conditions.2.Based on the modal test theory,the modal tests of the original process impeller and the new process impeller under the constraint conditions are completed,and the test results are compared with the simulation results,which verifies the rationality of the finite element analysis and provides the basic preparation for the later optimization analysis of the range hood.3.After the modal analysis of the original process impeller and the new process impeller is completed,it is found that the sixth order frequency of the original process impeller is close to the frequency of the excitation source,which is the cause of the abnormal sound of the original process impeller,while the new process impeller avoids the excitation frequency.Further research found that the thermal stress generated during the processing of the original process impeller is the key to the problem.Based on the simple processing flow of the original process,the impeller design is optimized and improved on the basis of the original process,so that the natural frequency of the impeller avoids the first third-order frequency of the excitation source.4.In this paper,the following optimization process for vibration and noise reduction analysis of range hood is established,which has certain practical significance:range hood noise test?excitation source vibration test?CAE simulation analysis and evaluation?CAE optimization design?test verification.
