Liaohe Oilfield is the largest heavy oil production base in China,and the heavy oil production accounts for more than 60%.The development process of Liaohe heavy oil can be divided into five stages.After four technical upgrades,the production of Liaohe heavy oil is more than 5 million tons and stable for 29years;the annual production of Liaohe heavy oil is 6.02 million tons in 2018,including 2.09 million tons of converted development mode,and the largest steam drive,SAGD production base and fire test area in China have been built.Fire drive is a way to inject air into the reservoir,ignite the crude oil manually,burn part of the crude oil in place,and use the combustion front to promote the thermal recovery of crude oil.In the burning oil layer,high temperature is produced in the combustion front,the interstitial water in the evaporating formation and the light components in the crude oil are evaporated,and the carbon dioxide and water vapor produced by the combustion of the crude oil are in contact with the "cold crude oil",which plays a role in displacing the crude oil.Based on Miao 5 heavy oil block of Horqin oilfield,this project analyzes the feasibility of fire drive in this block by studying the geological conditions of the reservoir,and then simulates the operation conditions of the gathering and transmission pipeline section by software,analyzes the technology of oil and gas distribution and single pipe cold transmission,integrates the skid mounted modularization of the compressor,and studies the processing technology of newly added hydrogen sulfide and non methane total hydrocarbon in the block,so as to achieve safety Environmental protection,simplification of gathering and transportation process,reduction of surface investment and production and operation costs,provide reference and experience for the development of heavy oil fire flooding.Through the feasibility study of fire drive test surface engineering in miao5 block,reliable and applicable surface engineering technology is formed to meet the production needs of miao5 block and provide surface engineering guarantee for stable production in Liaohe oil area.Under the current development mode,the production of Horqin oilfield is about to enter a declining stage,which is difficult to achieve stable production?After years of development,the technology of burning oil layer has become more and more mature.In the aspect of fire technology,Liaohe Oilfield closely follows the development trend at home and abroad and strives to improve the relevant technical level.At present,we have successfully carried out the indoor physical simulation test of the fire,established the largest numerical simulation model of the fire in China,carried out several pilot tests on the site of the fire,and achieved some results and fire development experience.The development technology of heavy oil fire drive will become the mature technology of Liaohe heavy oil development,and will also contribute to the stable production of Liaohe Oilfield.
