A New model bulldozer final drive system uses planetary reducer structure, a inner gear ring is an important part of which, which structure characteristics of large size, poor rigidity, in use process need to bear greater impact and has better wear resistance, but in its manufacturing process is very easy to deformation, in manufacturing the inner gear ring current process, heat treatment is the most important influence on the service life of the deformation. Single gear induction hardening, whole gear induction hardening, carburizing and direct quenching process, are unable to achieve the ideal effect.In order to improve the quality of products, through the upgrading of the heat treatment process of means, using pressure quenching heat treatment equipment, namely to the inner gear ring after carburizing reheating, cooling in the mold of the constraints, in order to realize the size precision controllable, hardening layer controlled, composite requirement to achieve the precision and hardness.The research process mainly includes the following several aspects:The first chapter introduces the route of bulldozer power, describes the main functions of inner gear ring, the main requirements and manufacturing structureanalysis of internal gear ring.The second chapter introduces the inner gear ring current heat treatment process, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each technology exist.The third chapter introduces the equipment and process of the inner gear ringpress quenching process; determine the impact of precision, on the inner ring gearhardness parameter, method of analysis by orthogonal experimental method is introduced. The fourth chapter analysis the parameters influence the change of productiontest process of ring gear precision by using orthogonal test method, test andanalysis results, the reasonable parameters of the pressure quenching.Through the research on the pressure quenching heat treatment process, to determine the effect of heat treatment parameters of inner gear ring precision and hardness, through theoretical analysis, physical test, physical measurement and dissection examination way to study the various parameters, puts forward the reasonable range of parameters, draw the process pressure quenching heat treatment of the theoretical data and physical test data.
