With the reduction of coal production capacity and the goal of achieving carbon neutrality by2060,the monitoring and data storage management of coal production capacity brooks no delay.At present,some studies have established a set of information management system for the production safety of coal mine enterprises,but there are still many inconveniences for government supervision.The long-term monitoring mechanism of coal mining areas,the containment of overcapacity in coal enterprises,and the management of coal data storage are all worthy of further research and exploration.At present,the commonly used monitoring method is to use remote sensing image technology to obtain remote sensing images of coal mining areas.After interpretation by indoor staff,the specific scope and effective scale output of the estimated mining area are analyzed and judged by experts.Conduct field surveys and verification surveys in the area.After that,the results of the onsite verification and investigation are fed back to the in-house staff,the previous interpretation data are corrected,and the final storage is summarized to form a graph of the results of coal decapacity,which intuitively reflects the effect of de-capacity and the actual situation.Based on this business process,it is necessary to use spatial database management methods to establish a coal decapacity business database,and store and manage coal mining area information and coal enterprise information to monitor changes in its efficiency.On this basis,this paper explores and designs a coal decapacity business database from the perspective of government departments using remote sensing image management to monitor coal mining areas and enterprises.For the basic business process,the following two tasks were mainly completed: 1.Through the business process of reducing coal capacity,the corresponding data process was established.Guided by business and data processes,combined with the basic conceptual model of database design,the overall structure design of the logical model,as well as the database table design,field definitions,metadata organization,naming rules,and data dictionary of feature datasets and thematic interpretation feature classes The design is realized through the physical modeling of the attribute domain,element class,spatial reference and corresponding parameters of Enterprise Architect software,and the coal de-capacity business database is established;2.Based on the design of the coal de-capacity business database,through the module Is constructed to achieve its function.This article has established "internal business management business module","field verification business module","data aggregation business module class" and "data inspection business module" to realize the specific functions and software program applications of the coal decapacity business database information system.The business process data and corresponding results charts of coal capacity reduction are centrally stored and managed through a spatial database to facilitate the reliability of basic information services and government decision-making.
