Since the stacker and reclaimer are not only used in the metallurgical industry,but also widely used in other industries,the value of the equipment is expensive,and the corrosion failure of the steel structure of the stacker and reclaimer will bring huge economic losses and potential safety hazards.Delaying and controlling the corrosion process of equipment has enormous economic value.The project uses raw material plant stacker and reclaimer as the carrier to explore a new anti-corrosion process and study the feasibility of adopting electrochemical protection method.On this basis,a series of research work has been carried out,According to the research,the new cold-galvanized electrochemical sacrificial anode protection method and the supporting heavy-duty anti-corrosion composite coating scheme have been confirmed by the ironmaking plant.The outdoor raw material yard 3BR,4BR two stacker and reclaimer equipment is about 200 square meters.The platform was constructed on site.Although the surface treatment has not met the requirements of ISO 12944 standard St3 due to the limitation of construction period and construction equipment during the construction process,the quality inspection shows that the paint composite coating thickness and coating adhesion have met the design requirements and meet the heavy anti-corrosion.The actual performance required.The following conclusions were obtained:(1)The surface of the pile reclaimer was stained with a large amount of raw material powder,foreign solid particles and corrosion products,which characterized by energy spectrum analysis.The analysis results confirmed that the solid powder on the surface of the stacker reclaimer was highly corrosive.(2)According to the requirements of heavy anti-corrosion of the stacker and reclaimer,the sacrificial anode material coated with cold galvanized material on the surface of the steel structure and the organic coating are made of epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint and modified polyurethane as top coat.Heavy anti-corrosion composite material has the characteristics of good anti-corrosion effect,long service life and good cost performance.(3)Although the surface treatment has not met the requirements of ISO 12944 standard St3 due to the limitation of construction period and construction equipment during the construction process,the quality inspection shows that the paint composite coating thickness and coating adhesion have met the design requirements and meet the heavy anti-corrosion.The actual performance required.(4)Baosteel's raw material equipment has many steel structures,and its heavy industrial atmosphere causes serious equipment rot,so anti-corrosion must be carried out as a long-term work.The management of steel structure must adhere to the principle of lifelong management,from the improvement of standards,to the control of quality sources,and the maintenance of the use process must be taken seriously,and finally to do a follow-up assessment of equipment anti-corrosion.
