| This dissertation mainly researched the technical and economical feasibility of the project with an annual output of 900,000 tons of prebaked anodes.This project is divided into three terms to build,and each term,300,000 tons of prebaked anodes can be produced per year.Technical research,which is based on the project with an annual output 300,000 tons of prebaked anodes,adopts domestic mature technology and equipment to produce products that meet various indexes and the requirement of saving energy and reducing emission.The main research content contains technical solution like petroleum coke calcination、asphalt melting、raw anode manufacturing、anode baking、Residual treatment recycling、flue gas purification and supporting utilities with living facilities program.Meanwhile,this dissertation researched and determined the main technical parameters of the main technology equipment.The specific results and parameters are as follows.The calcination process uses six 36-tank calciners;asphalt melting uses a bitumen fast melter with a capacity of 8 t/h;the raw anode workshop uses 2 sets of crushing and screening systems,1 set of 10 t/h ball mill,3 sets of preheating kneading system,1 set of double station vibration forming machine and corresponding asphalt flue gas purification system.The roasting workshop uses two 60-chamber open roasters,six combustion systems and one set of electric tar removal+dry adsorption roasting flue gas purification system.The main energy consumption of prebaked anode products is:petroleum coke 0.93 t,solid asphalt 0.17 t,residual pole 0.19 t,natural gas 2.4 GJ,water 3 t,electricity 245 kwh.The total investment of the annual production of 900,000 prebaked anode project is 262.293 million yuan,with 2,914 yuan to total investment of the unit.The project construction investment is 2,97 million,with unit construction investment of 2,330 yuan.The project internal financial return rate is 25.37%and the investment recovery period is 6.00 years,which means the project has strong profitability. |
