The icing of equipment will have a great impact on people's production and life. The current anti-icing methods are designed based on the two directions of deicing and melting, including mechanical deicing and thermal deicing. The implementation of these methods is often accompanied by a large amount of energy consumption. The idea of the anti-icing coating is to suppress the formation of ice crystals by reducing the surface energy,so that the ice crystals are not easy to adhere to the substrate. The anti-icing coating has the advantages of no energy loss,no environmental pollution and a wide range of environmental applications. It has become a hot spot for research on anti-icing technology. This paper designs and develops a centrifugal method-based ice-coated bonding strength test device. For epoxy resin/PDMS interpenetrating polymer network(Interpenetrating Polymer Network)coatings with different proportions, seawater damp heat aging, salt spray aging and The experimental program of temperature shock aging characterizes the icerepellent and hydrophobic properties of the coating through the ice-coated adhesive strength and contact angle. The specific work is as follows:1.Through the sea water damp and heat experiment and the salt spray experiment, the ice coating bond strength and contact angle of five kinds of coatings with different ratios were explored as a function of aging time.Studies have shown that the ice coating strength of the five coatings with a ratio of 2:8 has the smallest ice thickness strength and the largest contact angle under the order of meeting the requirements for use, indicating the ice evacuation performance and hydrophobicity of the coating The best performance. At the same time, through the SEM test,it was observed that in addition to aging, there were cracks, pits and pores on the coating surface, and the aging mechanism of the coating disappeared.2.The temperature shock experiment was carried out for the coating with a ratio of 2:8,and the changes of the ice-coated adhesive strength and contact angle of the coating with time under the conditions of-40? and-70? were studied. The experimental results show that the ice-coated adhesive strength and contact angle change with aging time at the two temperatures are consistent. The ice-coated adhesive strength at-70? is slightly higher than that at-40?,and the contact angle is slightly reduced.,But the rate of change is only 7.1% and 2%,indicating that the coating has good low temperature resistance.
