Banks are part of our lives, part of institutional organizations that make our daily lives available and offer our services and financial information. As an integral part of the financial market,it is important to understand key factors that affect the efficiency of banks. It should be noted that there are many internal and external factors affecting the bank's operations. In addition,I will explore Azerbaijan's economy, short history and the impact of CBA options on commercial banking. It should be noted that the drop in global prices in the second quarter of 2014 was due to a decline in global prices. This study will look at the impact of the post-decline period in oil revenues on the banks,as well as the problems mentioned and their solutions. Moreover, the cause of the crisis is being investigated with the Azerbaijani Banks and its solution methods, and relevant global influences are being investigated. My plans to continue to work in this field encouraged me to write a paper on this subject. The relationship between dependent and independent variable experimental problems is modeled by Panel Data Regression Analysis. The empirical results based on panel data from groups will be used to identify whether oil shocks affecting profits of banks and to what extent. The sample consists of 26 commercial banks currently operating as of early 2020 statistics.Data frame that will be used in this research will be from 2016 Q1 till,including,2019 Q4.
