With the development of information technology and economic globalization,China hitherto unknown,one belt,one road and4 manufacturing enterprises in China,and 2025 manufacturing development in China.At the same time,the global trade friction is escalating,enterprises also need to face a more complex and changeable living environment,which means that enterprises will bear more and more risks.most enterprises have realized the importance of risk management,risk management theory will be applied to enterprise investment management,operation optimization and strategy development,and set up your own development needs of comprehensive risk management system.Purchasing activities,as an important part of enterprise operation and management activities,can not only help enterprises control internal and external risks,but also help enterprises reduce their own operating costs.Therefore,enterprises must strengthen their own procurement risk management work,develop a sound procurement risk management mechanism,so as to improve the level of enterprise procurement risk management,and control procurement corruption and other problems at a low level,so as to greatly improve the level of enterprise profitability.Therefore,this paper takes Henggang imported iron ore as the main object of study,and makes a full study of its purchasing activities of imported iron ore.By identifying and analyzing the risk factors,the risk assessment results are obtained,and the corresponding control measures are formulated according to the risk assessment results.The research in this paper provides a basis for enterprises to reduce,eliminate or effectively control the existing or potential risks in the procurement process,which can guarantee the normal production and operation of enterprises,and thus make enterprises remain competitive in the rapidly changing market environment.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,significance,methods and contents of this study.The second chapter describes the relevant theories of procurement risk assessment and control.The third chapter introduces the situation of Henggang imported iron ore procurement,through the field investigation and research method to identify the risk of imported iron ore procurement activities,and excavate seven types of procurement risks.The fourth chapter uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze various risks scientifically,calculates the risk weight by using the mathematical software,and then obtains the risk size ranking by using the questionnaire survey method,and obtains the risk assessment results by combining the risk weight and risk size.In the fifth chapter,according to the results of risk assessment and the actual situation of Henggang procurement,reasonable,scientific and effective control measures are given for all kinds of risks.Finally,the procurement risk control system is formed and applied to the actual production and operation of enterprises.The sixth chapter describes the main conclusions of this study,the limitations and deficiencies,and further research issues.
