Xinjiang grape planting area and output were ranked first in the country,grapes have becomed Xinjiang e-commerce logistics characteristic fruit sales"flow star".Because of the thin and juicy grape skin,it is easy to be infected by bacteria,which brings difficulties to the logistics storage,quality preservation and prolong sales time of fresh grape.Modified Atmosphere Packaging(MAP),as one of the mature fresh-keeping packaging methods,can effectively slow fruit respiration,delay softening and ripening,and reduce the occurrence of various physiological and metabolic disorders.Sulfur dioxide(SO2)is the main method used for grape commercial storage and transportation.However,the release rate of SO2 preservative is difficult to control,and problems such as SO2 injury,uneven release concentration and accumulation of drug harm are likely to occur in the process of grape storage and transportation logistics.Therefore,this article uses Red Globe and Munage grapes as the research materials,uses controlled atmosphere combined with SO2 precision fumigation technology to process,analyzes the changes in the physiological and biochemical indicators of grapes after harvest,and studies the effect of controlled atmosphere fumigation technology on the storage and transportation quality of table grapes.It is expected to provide theoretical and data support for the research on storage,transportation and preservation of fresh table grapes after harvest.The main results were outlined as follows:(1)Red Globe grapes were treated by air conditioning packaging(5%O2+8%CO2)and fumigation with different concentrations of SO2(100?L/L,300?L/L,500?L/L,800?L/L).The gas composition,decay rate.Browning of fruit stem,hardness,soluble solid content,p H,titratable acid and vitamin c content in the package were measured regularly.The results showed that 500?L/L SO2+5%O2+8%CO2 fumigation combined with microporous packaging treatment could reduce the rotting rate and fruit stem browning.Maintaining fruit hardness,soluble solid content,titratable acid and vitamin c content;slowing down p H rise and maintaining fruit quality after harvest.(2)The application of modified atmosphere combined with micropore film package was employed in order to improve the quality of postharvest table grapes.The modified atmosphere(5%O2+8%CO2)separately combined with micropore film M1(oxygen permeability was 6000 cm3·m-2·d-1),micropore film M2(oxygen permeability was 8000 cm3·m-2·d-1)and polyethylene film(oxygen permeability was 300 cm3·m-2·d-1)were used to pack Red Globe and Munage grape,respectively.The storage conditions were as follow:(1)0±0.5 oC for 7 days and then 15±1.0 oC for 9 days,(2)15±1.0 oC for 12 days.The modified atmosphere combined with micropore film package inhibit the increase of p H and alleviated the decrease of hardness,total soluble solids(TSS),titrate acid(TA),vitamin c(Vc)and total phenol content,which maintained the postharvest quality of Red Globe and Munage grape.Compared with M2,M1 could better reduce the decay and delay the decrease of TSS,TA and Vc contents.(3)The most suitable packaging method for grapes was screened out.Methods Red Globe and Munage grapes were treated with modified atmosphere fumigation microporous membrane packaging(500?L/L SO2+5%O2+8%CO2+microporous membrane M1),modified atmosphere fumigation microporous packaging(500?L/L SO2+5%O2+8%CO2),modified atmosphere microporous membrane packaging(5%O2+8%CO2+microporous membrane M1)and PE membrane(CK).The storage conditions were as follow:(1)0±0.5 oC for 7 days and then 15±1.0oC for 9 days,(2)15±1.0 oC for 12 days.Modified atmosphere fumigation microporous membrane packaging,modified atmosphere fumigation microporous packaging and modified atmosphere microporous membrane packaging can form suitable gas components in the packaging.What's more,it is beneficial to maintain low-level aerobic respiration of table grapes,high fruit hardness,soluble solids,titratable acid,Vc and total phenol content,slow down the rise of p H value and postharvest quality of table grapes.Moreover,the effect of modified atmosphere fumigation microporous membrane packaging on table grape preservation is betterIn summary,Modified atmosphere fumigation technology can effectively slow down the aging process of table grapes,maintain the commercial value and edible safety of table grapes,and maintain the appearance and intrinsic nutritional quality of table grapes,as well as the quality of postharvest storage and transportation.
