Research And Implementation Of Fracturing Truck Control System Based On PLC

Fracturing pump truck is used to inject fracturing fluid into oil wells in a high-pressure manner to fracture the formation with low permeability,so as to form fracture with good permeability,so as to improve the fluidity of oil and gas in the underground,and then increase the oil drainage capacity and oil well production.Fracturing equipment mainly refers to Fracturing Truck Group,fracturing skid and other solid pressure equipment.The fracturing truck group studied in this paper is mainly composed of several fracturing pump trucks,sand mixing trucks,instrument trucks,manifold trucks and high-pressure manifolds.In the construction,the instrument truck controls the sand mixing truck and fracturing pump truck for operation,and collects and analyzes the construction data.One or two sand mixer trucks supply fracturing fluid to multiple fracturing pump trucks through the connecting manifold.The fracturing pump truck pressurizes the fracturing fluid through the fracturing pump and injects the fracturing fluid into the bottom of the well through the high-pressure manifold.Based on the analysis and comparison of the current mainstream Fracturing Truck Group and its supporting control system,according to the actual engineering needs,the design of3000 HP Fracturing Truck Group Control System Based on PLC is completed.This paper mainly discusses the design,implementation and industrial test process of the control system:(1)According to the technical requirements of fracturing operation,the main function parameters of fracturing truck group control are analyzed and calculated,and the selection of key modules is completed.Two control modes of local control and remote control of ring network based on moxa series switch are designed.(2)According to the function parameters of Fracturing Truck Group,a set of control system based on PLC is designed.Siemens S7-1500 series controller and its modules are selected for hardware configuration;TIA is used Portal program design software completes the program design of the lower computer of the fracturing truck group control system,and realizes the complicated control of the fracturing truck group such as gear control,throttle control,liquid level control,marshalling operation,etc.Win CC is used to realize the man-machine interface program design of the fracturing truck group control system,which can check the real-time data parameters,data curves,alarm information and other important information(3)After the completion of the design,the industrial tests of low pressure,medium low pressure,medium high pressure,high pressure and ultra-high pressure fracturing construction were carried out in the oilfield.Through the analysis of the operation data under different working conditions,the performance of the control system of the fracturing truck group based on PLC was verified.The control system has high control precision,stable operation,normal communication and easy operation.
