At present,the degree of automation and intelligence of heat treatment workshops is relatively low,and even a considerable number of enterprises are still in the stage of nonautomatic production and handling,which greatly reduces production efficiency.Designing a conveying system for heat treatment production has an important impact on the technological development of the workshop.Because it undertakes the role of transporting materials,the stability and functionality of the conveying control system will greatly affect the overall workshop production efficiency.At the same time,the improvement of the degree of automation of the heat treatment workshop can also reduce the energy consumption and pollution of related enterprises and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Aiming at the charge conveying line of the industrial furnace in the heat treatment workshop,this paper studies the job scheduling algorithm and develops the conveying control system.According to the particularity and design requirements of the site environment,the thesis determines the overall scheme with PLC as the control core.The design of the communication system scheme mainly includes wired communication design and wireless communication design.Through comparison and test experiments with wired communication methods,it can not only meet the design requirements,but also solve the common security problems in wireless communication design.The design and test verification of the power supply system scheme are carried out.The wireless power supply system is convenient and practical,stable in operation and good in safety.Through the analysis of the job scheduling on-site environment,the heuristic algorithm is used to simulate and compare the job flow scheduling of the heat treatment workshop.Through the comparative analysis of the loading and unloading time and the scheduling trajectory of the processing machine under different conditions,the job scheduling method and the optimal layout of the production line in the heat treatment workshop under normal conditions are determined.When the number of processing machines is increased or the joint scheduling of the workshop is required,an optimization model of job scheduling is established and solved by genetic algorithm.Compared with the ordinary operation flow method,it is found that the improved genetic algorithm reduces the completion time and processing energy consumption compared with the traditional method.Through the modularization and distributed method,the conveying control system software is designed,the overall configuration and integration of the electrical equipment are completed,and the input and output ports that the control program depends on are allocated.On the premise of designing and completing the functions and HMI manmachine interface of different working processes of the automatic feeder,download the conveying control system program to the field equipment,and test the timeliness,accuracy and stability of the conveying control system.
