Nowadays, the supersonic arc spraying is used in the field of metal surface protection for its high efficiency and high cost performance. Therefore, this study is aimed for the influence that the different annealing temperatures effect both the micro-hardness and corrosion resistance in the electrochemical experiment of the coating manufactured by the supersonic arc spraying, trying to find the best technological parameters under different annealing temperatures by contrast experiment.Further, the corrosion resistance of the coating of the Fe-Cr-Mo-C-B alloy in the chlorine salt and the sulphate under high temperatures is also studied. In this study,Fe54Cr25Mo16C3B2 amorphous composite coating was manufactured on the base of 20#steel and 1050 alluminum by the supersonic arc spraying. The phase composition of the coating was analyzed by XRD.The micro-hardness was measured. The corrosion resistance in electrochemical experiment and high temperature melten salt experiment was studied. The micromorphology and the element composition of the coating were measured by SEM and EDS.It is found that the Fe-based amorphous composite coating fabricated in this study consists of amorphous phase and nanocrystal phase, leading to the high micro-hardness.The composite coating performs good corrosion resistance in 3.5wt.%NaCl solution and lmol/L H2SO4 solution with the low self-corrosion current and high self-corrosion potential. Also, the coating performs great corrosion resistance in the high temperature chlorine salt and sulphate.
