| The supersonic flame spraying system is generally used for coating metal,alloy and some inorganic nonmetal materials with high melting point.So far,supersonic flame spraying system is mainly used to spray some workpieces,these workpieces may be more complex structure,but relatively,its spraying area is relatively small,using mechanical ann or hand hand spray gun can be completed.In order to realize the target of the supersonic flame spray system,it is necessary to carry out the walking linkage mechanism of supersonic flame spray gun and its control technology.This involves not only the walking mechanism of the spray gun,but also the walking mode and the integrated control of the supersonic flame spraying system and walking mechanism.Based on this,the development of a set of linkage mechanism for large area amorphous coating isstudied in order to meet the requirements of the coating itself and the equipment in the thesis.According to the overall structure of the large area amorphous spraying device,the structure design of various parts is carried out,including the whole structure design part,the design of the platfonn support device,the design of the spray car structure and the design of each drive device,and the model selection of the auxiliary mechanism,and the design of the whole structure of the theoretical analysis and research.Based on the research on the testing device of amorphous coating,the spray car designed by this method can be used to spray the curve on the basis of straight walking.The support platform of the amorphous spraying device was analyzed by using Ansys software,including modeling,grid division,load and checking of stiffness and strength of the simulation results.The results did not exceed the allowable stress and strain.The hardware configuration of Siemens S7-330 PLC and 314C servo system is carried out by TIA portal software,according to the control features of temperature detection,thickness detection and air compressor,and the operation trajectory of spray car.The research on the linkage mechanism of large area amorphous coating has been made,which lays a good foundation for the later spraying technology. |
