| Investment casting process is complex and technical requirements are high,so investment casting equipment must also have high requirements,this paper mainly for investment casting in the sand monitoring equipment,namely resistance rotary material level meter research.The stop-rotating material level gauge is one of the important items for measuring the molding sand bin and measuring the height of materials in the precision casting industry.Compared with other material level gauge,it has the prominent advantages of low power consumption,high efficiency and low price,and conforms to the development direction of energy saving and high efficiency of mechanical products and is widely used due to its strong adaptability.However,the structure stiffness of the stop-rotating material level gauge is low,and it is easy to be affected by the complex loads such as axial load,radial load and overturning torque.Therefore,in order to make the structure of the resistance type material level gauge more in line with the actual requirements,it is necessary to continuously improve and optimize the existing resistance type material level gauge structure.As for the material of screw type material level meter and overall quality of the heavier problems,based on the resistance of spiral type of the indicator on the outer shell material and structure improvement and design,the design calculation and simulation analysis,it was proved that the structure design is reasonable,it is concluded that resistance of spiral type material level meter overall quality decrease about 83%,reduce apparent quality,realize the lightweight design.As for the design of spiral type material level meter rotate part of blade shape was improved(set to a certain amount of bending Angle),makes every effort to improve the monitoring precision of sand,it is concluded that the most appropriate bending Angle of30 °.For the installation position of the resistance type material level meter,the ventilation effect is not good,and the motor heat dissipation is not good;The rotating shaft is connected to the motor,and the rotating shaft is easy to move in the axial direction,which causes the motor to burn out.This paper mainly improves the design of the rotational structure of the stop-rotating material level gauge,which is mainly composed of the press plate,spacer sleeve,two back-to-back tapered roller bearings and the rotating shaft.As for the determination of the optimal position of the internal reset spring tension force of the resistance-rotation material level gauge,this paper also optimized and compared the positions of both ends of the tension spring and finally determined the most appropriate position.The optimal position was that the torque difference between the end points before and after rotation of the tension spring was the largest,which was about 0.131 n.m. |
