Diamond frame saw blade is one of the most commonly used tools in sawing stone, has the advantage of high efficiency and quality, producing less production waste. Currently, diamond frame saw blade technology has a big advancement, but it still has many problems when it sawing granite slabs, such as wear faster, and low life. At the same time, with the diversification of the stone slab material properties, more requirements are put forward for the diamond frame saw blade, so the research on diamond frame saw blade sawing granite plate and the fatigue life of diamond frame saw blade is of great importance to the efficient processing of sawing granite slabs and the development of the new diamond frame saw blade.This paper takes diamond frame saw blade as research object, makes a detailed introduction to the research results of current diamond frame saw blade and sawing technology of granite plate. According to the structure characteristics of diamond frame saw blade, ADAMS simulation analysis has made on the movement of the sawing processing, and analyzes the material properties of diamond frame saw blade, installation tension process before sawing and its mechanical characteristics in the process of sawing, then obtain the sawing processing characteristics of diamond frame saw blade.Then established a diamond frame saw blade sawing granite experiment system, explored the characteristics of sawing force in the process of sawing granite plate, and established the mathematical model of sawing force through the Mat lab regression analysis, provided the load spectrum of the fatigue life analysis of diamond frame saw blade. Secondly according to the results of the sawing force experiment and based on the fatigue cumulative damage theory, completed the fatigue life prediction of the diamond frame saw blade through the nominal stress method, moreover simulated and calculated the fatigue life of diamond frame saw blade under relevant conditions by using the finite element analysis software "Workbench" and fatigue analysis software "n-Code design life". The results show that are consistent with the theoretical prediction analysis, and the upper portion of the position in the middle of the diamond frame saw blade and the position of the blade matrix and saw tooth welding has shortest fatigue life and easy to wear; At the same time, analyzed the sensitivity of fatigue life to the variation in load, found the tension load is the most sensitive to fatigue life of diamond frame saw blade, vertical sawing force takes second place, the horizontal sawing force is smallest.Through this topic research, not only can improve the safe reliability of diamond frame saw blade in the process of sawing granite plate, but also can guide the rational design of granite plate sawing processing and granite sawing with diamond frame saw blade in the actual production.
