Study On The Design Of Aluminum Profile Wardrobe

As one of the common modern industrial materials,aluminum profile has excellent mechanical properties,processing performance and economic benefits,and is widely used in aerospace,automobile,architecture,indoor doors and windows and other fields.As early as more than 40 years ago,there have been furniture manufacturing enterprises using aluminum profiles as raw materials in China.However,due to the influence of design,manufacturing,social background and other factors,aluminum profile furniture has been in the stage of niche products for a long time.In recent years,due to the implementation of the concept of green development,the shortage of wood raw materials,aluminum profile as a suitable alternative material has been paid attention to.Through the research on the aluminum profile wardrobe products,we found that although the number of domestic related products is large,the design is uneven,and the structure,modeling,style and other aspects do not jump out of the category of traditional wooden wardrobe.The use of aluminum profile is mainly reflected in its environmental protection advantages.Through the investigation of related enterprises,we found that aluminum profiles have advantages in structure,disassembly,green,durability,lightweight and so on.Through further questionnaire survey,we get the information about consumers’ cognition,acceptance,style preference and other aspects of aluminum profile wardrobe,and get some information that is helpful to the design of aluminum profile wardrobe.Finally,the young people in the city are the target customer group of aluminum profile wardrobe,which has the characteristics of renting,small living area,frequent moving and other consumption habits,and has a general demand for simple frame,light and detachable wardrobe.But at present,this kind of wardrobes are mostly low-end products,which can not meet the needs of the target groups for the design,function,style preference,personalization and other aspects of the wardrobes.Moreover,the aluminum type wardrobes characterized by simple,detachable and lightweight are still in the blank.Therefore,this topic takes this as the breakthrough point,launches the targeted design practice,gives full play to the application advantages of aluminum profiles,and finally designs an aluminum profile wardrobe product with the characteristics of disassembly,lightweight,modularization and so on.
