The rapid development of China coal chemical industry has promoted the modernization process.As the same time,a large amount of industrial solid waste discharge has been brought.How to effectively solve the environmental problems caused by industrial solid waste such as coal gasification fly ash has become the focus of coal chemical enterprises.Inorganic fillers are widely used in organic polymer materials to improve the overall performance of raw materials,but there are also some shortcomings,such as high production costs,low environmental benefits,and consumption of additional ore resources.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a low-cost,high-efficiency filler product.In order to develop a new way of comprehensive utilization of coal gasification fly ash,this paper selects the fly ash produced by Shell powder coal gasification unit as the research object,and uses it as the filler of the polyurethane material,using particle size analyzer,XRF,XRD,SEM-EDX,etc.The method analyzed the physical and chemical properties of gasification fly ash,investigated the feasibility of gasification fly ash as a polymer filler,and discussed the preparation process and process optimization of pulverized coal gasification fly ash polyurethane foam composites.Through FTIR,DSC and other analytical methods,the composite mechanism between the filler and the matrix was revealed,the comprehensive performance of the composite material was deeply studied,and the environmental benefits in actual production were evaluated;and the following conclusions were drawn:The particle size of gasification fly ash is small and evenly distributed,mainly about 2?m,which is conducive to forming a complete embedded structure in the matrix.The surface of gasification fly ash contains unburned carbon,which can improve the similar compatibility with the polymer matrix.Because of the existence of a large number of amorphous substances,it can be used as a filler to show high activity in the matrix.There are no sharp edges,so it will not damage the molecular structure of the polymer.So it is feasible to use gasified fly ash as filler in polyurethane composites.The silane coupling agent surface modification technology is suitable as a pretreatment method for gasified fly ash.When the amount of modifier added is 2.0wt%of the filler,the modified fly ash has the best compatibility with the matrix.The research on the mechanism of the combination of gasified fly ash and polyurethane matrix shows that the two are mainly combined in a physical way,and a small amount of chemical reaction generates new Si-O-Al bonds;the gasified fly ash plays a major role in the composite material.Nuclear effect improves the crystallinity of raw materials.Through the study of the comprehensive performance of composite materials and the prediction of actual production environmental benefits,it is found that gasified fly ash as a filler of polyurethane materials can help improve the mechanical compression resistance,moisture resistance,physical stability and thermal stability of the material.At the same time,it shows excellent environmental benefits in actual production.When the gasification fly ash blending amount increases by 3.50wt%,the energy consumed per kilogram of the production process will decrease by 3.03MJ kg-1,and CO2 emissions will increase by 0.13kg kg-1.Figure[23]table[18]reference[102]...
