The wet-fed pressurized entrained-flow gasification technology as the advanced third generation coal gasification technology, with its characteristics of mature, stable, reliable, wide adaptability to coal, that are widely applied in the field of coal chemical industry, the most basic requirement on raw material used for the technology:moderate ash content, low ash melting point, good slurry performance. As a result of coal resources is significantly different and coal quality condition is varied in china, in the current development of clean coal technology, how to efficient and reasonable utilization of difficult to slurrying, high ash and high ash fusion point of coal resource is very important. Evaluation of raw coal used for wet-fed pressurized entrained-flow gasification feasibility and gasification performance is an important basis for coal chemical project raw material choice of coal and gasification method.This study conducted coal quality characteristic and gasification performance with selected four raw coal from the different provinces in china,respectively Inner Mongolia coal, Xinjiang coal, Guizhou coal and Shaanxi coal. From the characteristics of coal, Inner Mongolia coal and Shaanxi coal with low ash content, high heat, low ash fusion point,good reaction activity, which is an excellent the wet-fed pressurized entrained-flow gasification of raw coal; Xinjiang with low ash content, low ash fusion point, good reactivity, high heat, but difficult to into a slurry, can be used for the wet-fed pressurized entrained-flow gasification of raw coal; Guizhou coal with medium ash content, high ash melting point, deep metamorphic degree, so easy preparation higher concentration slurry, also can be used for the wet-fed pressurized entrained-flow gasification by flux added to reduce ash melting point.For the Inner Mongolia coal, Xinjiang coal, Guizhou coal and Shaanxi coal, slurry concentration were61%,57%,68%and62%, can be prepared in the laboratory respectively, is expected to actual industrial slurrying concentration respectively at60%,56%,67%and61%. Respectively. Slurry preparation performance reached the wet-fed pressurized entrained-flow gasification requirements.In addition to effective gas(CO+H2) content in Xinjiang coal gasification is77.28%, etc., the effective gas content of other coals is higher, more than80%. Overall, four coal samples can be used as raw material for the wet-fed pressurized entrained-flow gasification, and good comprehensive index.
