Conductive polypyrrole(PPy)is a kind of conductive polymer,which belongs to compound intelligent driving material,it has advantages of low drive voltage,large output displacement and high flexibility,and has a broad application prospect in the field of bionic robot and micro-small driver.This paper takes the conductive polypyrrole as the research object,carries out works from the preparation,modeling and simulation,analysis and test,application design and other aspects of conductive polypyrrole.Conductive polypyrrole is mainly composed of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)film layer,metal layer and polypyrrole layer.In this paper,a very thin copper-tin alloy layer was sputtered on the PVDF film by magnetron sputtering,and then the sputtered PVDF film was electrochemically deposited,and the solution was doped with Li+TFSI-,after 10 hours of low-temperature polymerization,a polypyrrole film layer of about tens of microns thick was deposited on the surface of the film,and the prepared sample was energized,the sample successfully realized movement.Then the Fourier infrared test was carried out to determine that the black surface layer material obtained was polypyrrole,scanning electron microscopy and EDS energy spectrometry were performed to detect the cross-section,surface characteristics and element composition of the sample,observed by a high-power microscope,it is observed that the surface of the polypyrrole film is relatively dense and has good morphological characteristics.The one-dimensional and two-dimensional models of conductive polypyrrole were established by using the multi-physics coupling analysis software COMSOL,and simulation analysis was carried out respectively to explore the ion migration inside the polypyrrole membrane when the power was applied,and the displacement change caused by ion migration,explained the internal mechanism of polypyrrole energized bending from the micro level,and predicted the actual output displacement of the conductive polypyrrole actuator.The prepared conductive polypyrrole was analyzed on the model,firstly,the electromechanical model and mechanical model of the conductive polypyrrole were theoretically analyzed,and the phenomenon of force generation after electrification was studied theoretically.The voltage,length,and width parameters of the prepared conductive polypyrrole were changed,and the related mechanical characteristics were studied,the change law of output displacement and output force affected by the input voltage and its own size was obtained.Fix miniature magnets on the end of conductive polypyrrole to verify the actuator function of conductive polypyrrole,a four-claw grasping device based on conductive polypyrrole was designed and manufactured,the grasping device and the manufactured flapping-wing aircraft had been integrated into applications,and the application possibility of conductive polypyrrole in the flapping-wing aircraft had been explored.
