| With the rapid development of science and technology and the promotion of industry4.0,modern manufacturing industry urgently needs to increase its market competitiveness by improving product quality,accelerating process design and manufacturing efficiency,presenting the characteristics of intelligence and informatization.In manufacturing,computer aided process planning plays an increasingly important role.Copper tube manufacturers can use CAPP to centralize the process related work in the enterprise.First of all,according to the characteristics of process requirements and manufacturing,the basic platform architecture is established.In the production of copper tube,the production is often guided by experience without theoretical support.This paper systematically summarizes five drawing design methods of copper tube,i.e.double reduction method,ZBl method,equalization method,K method and metal hardening degree,and two design methods of floating plug die are described.Through the secondary development technology of CAD,parametric mold drawing is realized,which effectively reduces the design cycle.9Secondly,the mechanical properties and microstructure of the material under each pass were obtained by experiments,and the corresponding true stress true strain curves were drawn,and the variation rules of tensile strength and grain size of copper tube were obtained.In addition,the addition of La has a certain effect on the mechanical properties of the materials.Thirdly,the parameters of the die are simulated and optimized by Marc finite element software,and the best fit angle of the die is obtained.By combining experiment and simulation,the bright and dark defects of copper tubes are analyzed theoretically and simulated.According to the results,the process is adjusted and the copper tubes without defects are produced.Finally,based on the above research results,the intelligent process design platform for copper tube drawing is developed and designed by using VB.The platform mainly includes several key modules,such as process design,mold design,mold management,experiment and simulation.The process design verification of copper tube drawing process is carried out for the module itself and the function between the modules. |
