Abstract/Summary:
TP2 copper tube also known as phosphorus deoxidized copper,TP2 light tube have good ductility,thermal conductivity,corrosion.So TP2 copper tube is generally used as cooling connection pipe,heat exchange tube,building tube,etc.copper tube production technology are numerous,this paper focuses on tube casting and rolling production process in-depth study of the disc stretching process.First of all,profoundly expounded copper tube disc drawing process works.Depth analysis of the stress state of the disc pull during the various regions of the brass,and the system determines the design method of disc pull die.Next,base plate pull mold design based on the disc pull mold has been optimized.After the mold optimized in the drawing process,reduce drawing force,axial stress reducing pipe,which are conducive to the smooth progress of the drawing.Moreover,Pipe and reduce the temperature of the mold,Conducive brass molding,Improve die life.Production process of the two brass metallographic analysis,After optimization technology to produce a more uniform internal organizational brass,finer grain.Once again,the use of "diminishing Law" on the production tubing φ14×0.4mm disc pull process optimization.Obtained by computer simulation technology,"diminishing" and other effects of power production process technology and die all in brass reduced.and then the actual process of production of the two pipes do mechanical performance test and metallographic analysis,mechanical properties did not change much,microstructure figure shows "diminishing" process produce a more uniform and fine grain brass.Therefore,the "law of diminishing" brass plate arrangement drawing process worthy.At last,of linear strain defective disc drawing process occurring in the analysis.Means plant experiments and laboratory experiments to investigate thecombination of taking,linear strain morphology is roughly evenly distributed circumferentially,where the bright lines and dark lines appear alternately,dark line width greater than the width of the bright line,relatively smooth dark line bright line.Using computer simulation techniques to analyze the linear strain appeared mold conical section between the section and pipe sizing gap caused by the irrational.
