Study On Standard System Of Coal Mine Gas Prevention And Control In China

In recent years,coal mine safety standardization work is constantly strengthened,and the level of coal mine safety production is significantly improved in China.How to make the coal mine gas control work more standardized and effective,prevent or eliminate gas accidents,and further promote the standardization of coal mine gas control,is an important topic of coal mine safety management.The purpose of this paper is to construct the standard system of coal mine gas prevention and control in China through investigation,analysis and research,so as to provide guidance for the revision of gas prevention and control standards.Firstly,the gas accidents in recent years in China's coal mines are statistically analyzed,and the disaster factors of gas explosion accidents,coal and gas outburst accidents and gas poisoning and suffocation accidents are summarized respectively,and the key points of gas prevention and control standard formulation and implementation are clarified.Secondly,the existing gas prevention and control technology system in China is analyzed systematically,including gas basic parameter determination and emission prediction technology,gas drainage technology,etc.At the same time,85 effective coal mine gas prevention and control standards are analyzed.The analysis results show that there are some problems in the standards as a whole,such as weak binding force,long average standard age,poor timeliness of new technology integration,incomplete coverage and so on.Thirdly,six first-class evaluation indexes,such as the efficiency of the standard,the legitimacy and rationality of the standard,and the technical level of the standard,are selected to evaluate the current coal mine gas prevention and control standards one by one by inviting experts to score through the questionnaire.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,the framework of coal mine gas prevention and control standard system including 10 subsystems is established,and the standard system of coal mine gas prevention and control in China is constructed,which provides strong support for the standardization of coal mine gas prevention and control in China.
