Reciprocating labyrinth compressors have now been widely used in chemical,coal,petroleum and metallurgy.Machinery and other fields have become indispensable core equipment.Its reliability and durability directly affect the industrial production process,and one of the main faults in reciprocating compressors when the piston rod breaks.In this paper,the secondary piston rod in the 3K-165MG(Y12)raw gas reciprocating labyrinth compressor is used as the research object,and the 17-4PH martensitic stainless steel is drawn with different contents of Cr,Ni,Nb and Si Tensile experiment,impact experiment,hardness experiment,after a comprehensive analysis of the metallographic structure,the influence of the chemical element content on the17-4PH martensitic stainless steel and its reasons are obtained;the piston rod is calculated according to the design parameters and the size of the mechanism.The stress situation under working conditions and the finite element stress analysis of different sizes of stress relief groove piston rods through ANSYS workbench finite element analysis software.Through careful analysis and comparison results,it is found that the stress of the stress relief groove will increase with the depth under the same fillet size.When the fillet radius of the stress relief groove is smaller,the stress fluctuates greatly under the influence of the depth change.The larger the fillet radius of the stress relief groove is,the more stable the fluctuation of the stress affected by the depth change.Then use the Fatigue analysis tool in the ANSYS workbench finite element analysis software to perform fatigue simulation analysis on the piston rod with the best stress relief groove size,combine the actual situation to obtain the calculation results,and put forward relevant constructive suggestions accordingly.In this paper,the finite element analysis of reciprocating compressor piston rod with ANSYS Workbench is not only of important theoretical value and practical application value,but also of great significance to the future research and development of piston rod optimization design and compressor structure optimization design,as well as to enhance the economic benefits of enterprises.
