Objective: to structurally process the basic index,physiological index and subjective feeling questionnaire results of passengers taking amusement facilities,complete data mining,calculate the regression models of heart rate and respiration rate of different amusement items,and construct the prediction model of safety intensity level,so as to predict the stimulation intensity before passengers taking amusement facilities,Provide scientific guidance for tourists to choose amusement facilities before riding.Methods: by using the methods of literature review,expert interview and experiment,the change rules of physiological indexes such as age,height,weight,basic physiological values(heart rate,blood pressure and respiratory rate)were analyzed,and the specific change trend of relevant indexes was found by using the method of stepwise regression analysis,The regression models of maximum heart rate and maximum respiratory rate of different amusement items and the classification prediction model of safety level of passengers riding amusement items are established.Results:(1)in the roller coaster project,the heart rate after riding was slightly higher than that before riding,and there was a significant difference in heart rate between before and after riding(P < 0.05);In the wooden roller coaster project,the respiratory rate of the subjects before and after riding increased significantly,while the iron roller coaster and storm eye project did not show a significant increase;In the wooden roller coaster and iron roller coaster project,the diastolic blood pressure of the subjects before and after riding did not change much,basically consistent.The relative change of blood pressure before and after is storm eye.In the large pendulum event,the heart rate of passengers before and after riding increased significantly(P = 0.00 < 0.05),the respiratory rate had significant difference,the systolic blood pressure had no significant change,but the diastolic blood pressure after riding was significantly lower than that before riding.In the jumping machine project,the heart rate of passengers before and after riding increased significantly,and there was a very significant difference in the maximum riding center rate of subjects of different ages(P < 0.01),the breathing rate of subjects at different stages showed a very significant difference(P < 0.01),and the blood pressure of passengers before and after riding showed a very significant difference(P < 0.01).(2)Maximum heart rate prediction formula,storm eye: maximum heart rate prediction value = 56.999 + 0.912 * resting heart rate;Roller coaster: predicted value of maximum heart rate = 96.653-0.499 * body weight + 0.588 * resting heart rate + 0.671 * resting respiratory rate + 0.210 * pre ride systolic blood pressure;Iron roller coaster: predicted maximum heart rate = 109.972-0.437 * body weight + 0.739 * resting heart rate;Large pendulum: predicted maximum heart rate = 81.030-0.217 * body weight + 0.808 * resting heart rate;Jumping machine: predicted maximum heart rate = 73.383-0.122 * body weight-0.300 * age + 0.841 *resting heart rate.(3)The maximum respiratory rate prediction formula,storm eye: maximum respiratory rate prediction value = 17.956 + 0.372 * resting respiratory rate;Roller coaster: predicted value of maximum respiratory rate = 23.324 + 0.206 * resting respiratory rate;Iron roller coaster: maximum respiratory rate = 19.304-0.105 * age + 0.404 * resting respiratory rate;Large pendulum: predicted maximum respiratory rate = 15.494 + 0.028 * resting heart rate +0.392 * resting respiratory rate;Jumping machine: predicted value of maximum respiratory rate = 19.099-0.071 * age + 0.411 * resting respiratory rate.(4)The random forest algorithm is used to establish the classification model of safety level.The AUC(area under curve)of storm eye project is 0.981,the AUC(area under curve)of wood roller coaster project is 0.970,the AUC(area under curve)of iron roller coaster project is 0.955,and the AUC(area under curve)of large pendulum project is 0.994,The AUC(area under curve)is 0.998.Conclusion:(1)in all the projects,the passenger’s inner rate and respiratory rate can not be restored to the original state after taking the ride.It is suggested that passengers should have enough rest time between the project and the project;In terms of stimulation degree,the stimulation degree of wooden roller coaster project is greater,storm eye,iron roller coaster and big pendulum project is moderate,while the stimulation degree of jumping machine project is relatively small(2)The prediction model of the maximum value of passenger heart rate and maximum respiratory rate can be established by stepwise regression analysis.(3)Comparing the classification models established by different maximum heart rate calculation formulas,it is found that the classification model established by celish formula is better.
