Demonstration Of 270 Million Nm~3/a Coke Oven Gas To Natural Gas Project

According to the country's demand for energy structure adjustment and people's increasing awareness of environmental protection,how to efficiently use the coke oven gas produced in the coking process to produce clean energy has become a research trend.The economic value of coke oven gas synthesis products natural gas and by-product hydrogen is relatively high.To meet the enterprise's environmental protection requirements while also maximizing economic benefits,realizing the long-term development of society and enterprises.This article analyzes the current status of energy development and new trends in the future development of natural gas,and introduces the process of methanation technology at home and abroad and the process technology of coke oven gas to natural gas that my country currently has;from the source of raw materials,product competitiveness,market environment,and national Policy and other aspects analyze the development of natural gas from coke oven gas.Coke oven gas is a combustible gas produced by the coal coking process and contains a large amount of pollutants.In order to effectively improve energy utilization and protect the ecological environment,my country has introduced and independently developed the process of coke oven gas to natural gas.According to the selected plant site output,raw material source,investment cost and other requirements,the coke oven gas to natural gas technology of Xindi Energy Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd.is finally selected.The process flow is to convert coke oven gas into SNG by chemical synthesis,and then SNG after pressurization,purification and dehydration are sent to the pipe network,and the main equipment selection,auxiliary equipment selection and workshop layout design of each section are determined through material balance and heat balance calculation,and 270 million Nm~3/a coke oven gas system has been completed.Demonstration of the natural gas project plan.On this basis,the economic,safety and environmental protection evaluation of the entire plan has been carried out.The plan has been applied in industry.The actual results show that the project is stable and the process technology and catalyst can fully meet the technical requirements of synthetic natural gas.Provide a reference for China to continue to carry out the process research of coke oven gas to natural gas.
