Study On The Impact Of Fixed Asset Investment On Performance Of B Steel Company

As one of the most important resources in the steel industry,fixed assets account for a large proportion of the total assets of steel companies,and their investment and use affect the development of the company,while investment in fixed assets is directly related to the company's efficiency.However,the increase in investment in fixed assets has not resulted in a scale effect to improve the performance of B Steel,but has instead resulted in an unnecessary waste of resources,and blind investment in fixed assets can lead to an unreasonable asset structure,reducing the company's performance.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate how fixed asset investment should be made and how it affects the company's performance,and this study provides effective ways and means for B Steel to expand its scale and achieve the scale effect.This paper takes B Steel as the research object,and uses various methods to study in depth the impact of B Steel's fixed asset investment on the company's performance over the20 years from 2001 to 2020,to evaluate its fixed asset investment decisions,to propose corresponding improvement strategies to enhance the company's performance based on B Steel's shortcomings in fixed asset investment,and to provide B Steel and steel industry This paper presents the background of the study,and the results of the study.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the study,and compares the literature on the impact of fixed asset investment on company performance at home and abroad;secondly,it explains the concepts and theories related to fixed asset investment and company performance;secondly,it introduces the basic situation of China's iron and steel industry and B Steel Company,and analyses the characteristics of them;from then on,the correlation between fixed assets and company performance of B Steel Company is studied In order to study the impact of fixed asset investment on the performance of B Steel,the regression model is chosen to test the correlation between fixed asset investment and company performance in order to obtain more convincing conclusions.Finally,the study identifies the shortcomings of B Steel's fixed asset investment and provides strategies to improve the investment in fixed assets in order to remind the company's management to pay more attention to fixed asset investment and to implement a more reasonable and effective resource allocation.The study shows that investment in fixed assets is negatively related to the company's performance.The study incorporates B Steel's own characteristics and suggests how B Steel should invest in fixed assets to improve its performance,in order to provide a reference for B Steel and the steel industry as a whole to make fixed asset investment decisions.
