Research On Performance Evaluation Of Asset Reorganization Of JD Company

Asset reorganization is the reasonable division and structural adjustment of resources through resource reallocation,and the recombination and allocation by merger,division and other ways.With the increasingly frequent trading activities in China’s capital market,asset restructuring has become an important means to realize corporate strategies.However,in the process of practice,the stock price and performance of listed companies will fluctuate due to performance commitment cannot achieve the expected effect,thus affecting the interests of stakeholders.Therefore,how to achieve the purpose of integration through asset restructuring and how to improve the benefits of asset restructuring are the research motivation of this article.This article selects the JD company as the research object,on the basis of the relevant theories of asset reorganization,combined with the actual implementation process of the company,based on the analysis of the objectives and influencing factors of the performance of the asset reorganization,through the selection of performance evaluation methods,the calculation of performance evaluation indicators and the analysis of the results,to carry out the overall evaluation of the company’s restructuring performance.The evaluation results will provide some references for the company’s future strategic planning and the implementation of the subsequent restructuring.Overall,JD company obtained the short-term excess return on stock price after the asset restructuring,and the cumulative excess return showed a significant increase.The medium-and long-term results show that asset restructuring improves business performance,brings into play the scale effect of resource integration,and improves profitability,to a certain extent.Combined with the analysis and the evaluation of the process of JD company’s asset reorganization and performance of the asset reorganization,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions for the asset reorganization of companies in the industry in order to provide reference for the better development of enterprise asset reorganization business in the future.
