Due to the old framework of the traditional approval management system,the high degree of coupling,and low development efficiency,it will directly affect the efficiency of the oilfield company’s business management.At present,many oilfield companies are still using manual approval methods,which greatly increases the workload and difficulty of work,and will cause untimely approval,long approval cycles,imperfect approval content,untimely approval feedback,and irregular approval procedures,etc.problem.Therefore,in order to improve the approval decision-making ability and work efficiency,this paper studies and implements a drilling engineering design approval system based on workflow.First of all,this article investigates the requirements of the oilfield company’s drilling engineering design approval system,expounds the workflow technology and the SSM development framework required for system development,analyzes and compares the current mainstream workflow engines,and analyzes the business process of drilling engineering design approval management.Secondly,this paper designs a form recognition algorithm for the application form submitted by the user,and mainly uses the optical character recognition algorithm(OCR)to perform image grayscale,binarization,image noise reduction,grid detection and character recognition operations on the uploaded form.This paper analyzes the task load in the workflow and studies the task allocation model,proposes a fitness function suitable for the system,improves the inertia weight of the particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO),and adds a chaotic disturbance factor to prevent The algorithm fell into "premature",and a better task allocation strategy was obtained through experimental comparison.designs the overall framework and functional modules of the drilling engineering design approval system based on workflow(including process management module,system login module,basic information management module,task management module,approval management module and announcement management module),and the core processes in the approval system are designed in detail,mainly including drilling geology design approval process,well structure design approval process,drilling fluid design approval process,cementing engineering design approval process and fund application approval process,and then analyze the approval business data of the system and design the relevant database table structure.Finally,the system adopts Java development language,SSM development framework and MVC design mode,developed a workflow-based drilling engineering design approval system through Eclipse development tools,and used Activiti workflow engine technology to model and deploy multiple processes such as drilling geological design approval process,well structure design approval process,drilling fluid design approval process,etc.and the My SQL database management system is used to implement related data storage operations.This article has achieved the expected demand goal by testing the system performance and main functional modules.The researched and implemented workflow-based drilling engineering design approval system not only enables oilfield company personnel to clarify the approval work and responsibilities,and more clearly defines the division of labor,but also shortens the approval process,improves work efficiency,and ensures the information security of the oilfield company,makes the approval system management more standardized.
