Based on the poor lubrication performance of super deep well,long horizontal well and large inclined well and the environmental protection and temperature resistance of drilling fluid lubricant,this paper propose to use plant materials as raw materials to develop drilling fluids that meet the requirements of environmental protection and drilling engineering Lubricants.Then the lubricating performance,temperature resistance,inhibition performance and compatibility performance of the lubricant are evaluated by laboratory experiments,and the prepared lubricant is characterized by infrared spectroscopy and contact angle analysis methods and its mechanism of action is explored.The main research contents include the following three sides:(1)Development of modified vegetable oil lubricant: The rapeseed oil and hydrazine hydrate were reacted at a molar ratio of 1:3 under certain conditions,and the dispersant was compounded to obtain lubricant GXZ.The performance evaluation and mechanism study of the indoor drilling fluid were carried out.Studies have shown that: 1% GXZ can reduce the lubrication coefficient of 4% calcium soil base slurry to 0.0684;GXZ has good lubricating effect on drilling fluids with different soil contents,and 1% GXZ can reduce the lubrication coefficient of 4% sodium soil slurry.The lubrication effect of GXZ is the best;within 48 h at120?,prolonging the aging time has little effect on the lubrication of GXZ in the drilling fluid;the drilling fluid containing GXZ is aged at 150? for 16 h,the lubrication coefficient is0.0500,and the temperature resistance reaches 150?;Na Cl The high content of barite and barite is not conducive to the lubrication effect of GXZ on the drilling fluid;the inhibition is good;the lubrication mechanism of GXZ on the drilling fluid lies in the hydrophilic group on the GXZ molecular chain and the adsorption of hydrazide on the drilling tool and the borehole wall,The long hydrophobic hydrocarbon chains are arranged outwards to form a lubricating film,the hydrophobicity is enhanced,and the lubricating performance is improved.(2)Development of oligosaccharide lubricant: Based on the physicochemical properties and functions of oligosaccharides,oligosaccharide MQ is prepared from plant glue rich in plant glycans,and the performance evaluation and mechanism study of the indoor drilling fluid are carried out.Studies have shown that: MQ has multiple functions of increasing viscosity and cutting,reducing fluid loss and improving the lubrication performance of drilling fluid;too high soil content is not conducive to the lubrication of MQ on drilling fluid;when the aging temperature is higher than 150?,MQ gradually Loss of its application function;within 120? 48 h,prolonging the aging time will not affect the fluid loss reduction and lubrication effect of MQ on drilling fluid;the increase of Na Cl content hardly changes the lubrication effect of MQ in drilling fluid,but the content of barite Too high is not conducive to the lubrication of MQ on drilling fluid;the inhibition is good;the lubrication mechanism of oligosaccharide MQ on drilling fluid is that the polyhydroxy adsorption group(-OH)in the oligosaccharide MQ molecule is easily adsorbed on the borehole wall The chemical adsorption film is formed on the rock surface or the surface of the drill cuttings,which causes the friction surface to be separated by the chemical adsorption film,which plays a role of lubrication and drag reduction.(3)Evaluation and field application of glycolipid lubricants: HTZ has good lubricating performance for drilling fluid;within 120? for 48 h,prolonging the aging time is beneficial to exert the lubrication effect of HTZ on drilling fluid;when HTZ is at 180?,HTZ can still provide better lubrication for drilling fluid It has excellent temperature resistance;HTZ has good lubricating effect on drilling fluids with different soil contents;it has good resistance to Na Cl and barite;good inhibition;the lubrication mechanism of HTZ on drilling fluids lies in the presence of many in HTZ The hydrophilic group of the hydroxyl group is easily adsorbed on the surface of drilling tools and clay particles and forms a chemical adsorption film.At the same time,the long hydrophobic hydrocarbon chains are arranged outwards to form a lubricating film.The dual effect leads to a significant improvement in the lubricating performance of the drilling fluid,which plays a The effect of lubrication and drag reduction to reduce wear;good permeability,which is conducive to the cutting of rock by the drill bit;HTZ has been applied at the Changqing drilling site and the lubrication effect is obvious,which can meet the construction requirements of the inclined section and the long horizontal section.
