In order to satisfy the demand of tobacco raw materials for slim tobacco,the stem content of tobacco leaves after curing was reduced.In this experiment,Yunyan 87 was used as the experimental material,and different debasing lengths were set up to determine the optimal debasing ratio by exploring the Effect of of different debasing lengths on fresh dry weight of tobacco leaves.At the same time,the curing characteristics of debased loose leaves were explored and the curing process was optimized by comparing the curing characteristics,tobacco characteristics,tobacco quality and curing cost of different curing modes under the optimal curing process,and the supporting technology of debased loose leaves of flue-cured tobacco was obtained.The main conclusions are as follows:In the removing the base of flue-cured tobacco leaves curing mode,the most suitable ratio of removing the base of flue-cured tobacco leaves was to remove 1/3 length of leaf base.After removing 1/3 of the base,more tobacco stalk could be removed and the effective leaf rate increased,and the tobacco stalk content of flue-cured tobacco decreased by 51.64%.The technology of removing the base of flue~cured tobacco leaves curing was as follows:adjusting dry bulb temperature to 35℃,wet bulb temperature to 35~36℃,stabilizing for 8~10h to make leaves soft;adjusting dry bulb temperature to 38℃,wet bulb temperature to 36~37℃,stabilizing for 25~30h to make leaves 70% yellow;adjusting dry bulb temperature to 40℃,wet bulb temperature to 36~37℃,stabilizing for 12~15h to make leaves 90% yellow;adjusting dry bulb temperature to 42℃,wet bulb temperature to 36~37℃,stabilizing for 15~20h to make leaves leaf yellow and green;adjusting dry bulb temperature to 44℃,wet bulb temperature to37~37.5℃,stabilizing for 8~12h to make the tobacco leaves completely yellow,green tendons and collapse;adjusting dry bulb temperature to 48℃,wet bulb temperature to 37~38℃,stabilizing for 15~20h to make tobacco leaves curl sharp;adjusting dry bulb temperature to52℃,wet bulb temperature to 37.5~38.5℃,stabilizing for 15~20h;adjusting dry bulb temperature to 54℃,wet bulb temperature to 38.5~39℃,stabilizing for 15~20h;adjusting dry bulb temperature to 60℃,wet bulb temperature to 39~41℃,stabilizing for 15~20h,making the main vein of tobacco leaves dry.0~40°C heating principle is 0.5°C/h,40~44°C heating principle is 1°C/h,44~54°C heating principle is 1.5°C/h,54~60°C heating principle is 1°C/h.The variation range of plane wind speed,vertical wind speed,plane wind pressure and vertical wind pressure in the barn matched with the optimal curing process was set to be0.14~0.36m/s,0.05~0.24m/s,12.25~51.83 Pa and 1.56~36.00 Pa,respectively.The quality of flue-cured tobacco was good.In the base-debasing curing mode of flue-cured tobacco,the curing process of tobacco leaves is accelerated as a whole,and the water content of tobacco leaves decreases in each period,and the water loss is the largest and the water loss speed is accelerated in the fixed color stage.The yellowing speed was accelerated,the pigment transformation was complete,and the appearance quality of cured tobacco was improved.The activity of PPO was low and the content of polyphenols was increased,which was beneficial to reduce the Browning rate of tobacco leaves and promote the transformation and accumulation of aroma substances in tobacco leaves.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT were maintained for a long time,and the content of MDA was decreased.The activity of total amylase was increased,which contributed to the decomposition of starch and protein and the accumulation of total sugar.It can save the time of high temperature drying period,less volatile aroma substances,and the overall appearance quality,economic quality and sensory quality are better after curing,and the main chemical components are coordinated.Compared with the traditional curing mode,the technology can shorten the curing time by 11%,reduce the labor cost by 25%,save 6.6kw·h of electricity per Kang,save 3.43 yuan;it has a good effect of reducing curing cost,energy saving and emission reduction.
