Studies On Flue Curing With Stem To Upper Leaves Of The Flue-Cured Tobacco

Experiments were conducted to study effects of numbers of leaves remained,harvesting maturity and curing craft on economic properties and quality of K326, a variety of flue-cured tobacco, to improve the usability of upper leaves. The results were as follows:1. Studied the effects of upper leaves with stem of flue-cured tobacco to keep 4, 6,8, 10leaves on chemical component and economic value.The result indicated that, the inherent quality and economic value of leaves which were with stem of flue-cured tobacco to keep 4,6 leaves were better than that of keeping 8,10 leaves, in which keeping 6 leaves were best, the chemical component was also coordinated, the economic value was also higher than keeping 4,8,10 leaves, and the harvest way with stem was worthy of generalization.2. The analysis of maturity of upper leaves with stem post-cured tobacco new variety K326 on economic value and the chemical component indicated that, curing the upper leaves with stem when the crown two piece of leaves still were ripe, other leaves were completely mature, the leaf tobacco economical value was best, the chemical component was also well coordinated, the leaf tobacco quality quite was best, the better was that of the base two piece of leaves were completely mature, other leaves still were ripe.3. The analysis of flue curing craft on upper leaves of tobacco new variety K326 with stem post-cured on economic value and the chemical component indicated that: On the base of triadic curting craft, increasing the time of withers,the upper leaves tobacco economic value was best, its even price, the superior smoke proportion were higher than the upper leaves with the triadic curing craft, increasing the time of withers to flue curing upper leaves was possible to reduce the total nitrogen, the smoke alkali and the protein content and increase original state sugar, the total sugar content of the upper tobacco leaves and promote starch to degrade. The chemical component was well coordinated,was advantageous to the fragrance archery target formation, may enhance quality of the upper tobacco leaves.
