With the advancement of the HSE system in the petroleum and petrochemical industry,the ergonomic design of petroleum special vehicles is becoming more and more important.However,there are lots of influencing factors and difficulties in quantitative evaluation during the procedure of comfort evaluation.Accordingly,this paper studied the comfort evaluation of workover rigs,then identified research variables.And a multivariable comprehensive evaluation model of driller's operating comfort was established.Firstly,combined with the ergonomics theory,the factors affecting the evaluation of the comfort of the workover rig driller were sorted out,the weight of each factor and the comfort measurement value were calculated using the AHP-Entropy method and the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method.Two indexes,brake stroke and cushion height,which are with significant influence weight and low measurement value were selected.Secondly,around the above two indexes,combined with the analysis results of the driller's operating actions,six research variables of this paper were proposed,including the height,weight,arm length,the transverse distance,longitudinal distance and vertical distance between the hinge position of the brake bar and the origin of the sitting position.Thirdly,the operation test was designed and carried out,and 117 groups of comfort evaluation samples were obtained.The samples were divided into training set and test set,and the BPNN multivariate comprehensive evaluation model of drillers' operating comfort was established in MATLAB.Finally,18 groups of variable parameters were set randomly,and the corresponding AMS simulation model was established.The BPNN model evaluation results were regression analyzed with the muscle activation degree of the local muscle group and the whole body muscle group output by running the simulation model,and the accuracy of the BPNN evaluation model was studied.Studies have shown that the evaluation results of the BPNN model have excellent fit characteristics with the muscle activation of the whole body muscles.That BPNN multivariate comprehensive evaluation model has good evaluation ability and high accuracy is verified.It is also proved that there is a strong correlation between the six research variables about brake stroke and cushion height and comfort evaluation.The establishment of the BPNN comfort evaluation model has realized the quantitative evaluation of the driller's operating comfort with the comprehensive influence of several variables,which has certain practical significance for optimizing the layout of workover rig operating cabin.
