In view of the problem of produced water scaling problem,the research group and the oil field have carried out related research on scale prevention and descaling,and finally invented a fixed-point scale descaling device for agglomeration and scale accumulation,and achieved good results in practical applications.Combining the use of the agglomeration device and the existing problems,this paper designs a material-optimized and removable electric heating rod,and uses a combination of FLUENT simulation and experiment to study the process of fouling on the surface of the electric heating rod in order to facilitate optimize the device.This article first designed and processed a detachable electric heating rod,which solved the problem of direct scaling on the electric heating rod;Secondly,on the basis of previous fouling deposition model,the scaling law of electric heating rod in assembly fouling device was numerically simulated by FLUENT simulation software;Then,experiments were conducted on the surface temperature and fouling amount of the electric heating rods through a self-built experimental platform and compared with the simulation results;Finally,the numerical simulation method in this paper is used to study the influence of different operating parameters on fouling deposition.The experimental and numerical simulation results draw conclusions:(1)The surface temperature of the scale layer increases gradually along the direction of fluid flow and decreases with the passage of time;The wall temperature increases with time and at the same time increases along the direction of fluid flow;The deposition rate of fouling decreases with the passage of time,the erosion rate increases with the passage of time,and the thermal resistance of fouling increases with the passage of time.(2)The surface temperature and the amount of fouling on the electric heating rod were experimentally studied.Through the comparison of the experimental and simulation results,it is found that the numerical simulation in this paper can well reflect the fouling deposition process on the surface of the electric heating rod.(3)The effects of different operating parameters on the fouling deposition process are simulated: the power of the electric heating rod increases,the fouling amount increases;the inlet flow rate increases,the fouling amount on the heat exchange surface decreases;the solution concentration increases,fouling The amount increases;the inlet temperature increases,and the amount of fouling increases.The above research provides a theoretical basis for the fouling deposition on the surface of the electric heating rod in the fouling and fouling device,and at the same time has certain guiding significance for the optimization of the fouling and fouling device.
