Studing On The Scaling Rules Of Oil Wells And Methods Of Anti-scaling In Zhongya Oil Field

Scaling in wells and airtight gathering and transportation system is a general problem present in the later period oilfield water flooding. Oil and gas production process due pressure, temperature change and formation water and injected water mismatch will lead to formation scale in near wells Strip, perforation eyelet, down hole tubing, pumps, ground equipment and pipelines, causing plug or liquid production decline and hinder crude production.The problem of scaling in Zhongya oil field is serious, it take great harm to the production of oil field and seriously influence the production and development benefit of oilfield. To solve the scaling problem of oil wells, we should make clear the content type of scale and find out the reason, then achieve the purpose of dirt-remover and anti-scaling.This article researched on many different scaling circumstances in ZhongYa oil company to choose the most representative scale sample. On our work We analyze the scale ingredient by gravimetric method, and analyzed the water sample and the scale lysate by the oilfield water analysis method. We come to the conclusion that the main type scales in ZhongYa oil company are calcium carbonate, sillico aluminate scale and ferric scale. We proposed the corresponding scaling mechanism through the former analytical data, and researched on the scale inhibition according to the mechanism. We chose several kinds agent which have certain inhibitory action to the calcium carbonate through the anti-scale rate research, and has carried on optimal. According to the optimal result, the SJ scale inhibitor compound by the good anti-scaling effect inhibitor, the anti-scaling rate may reach 90.2%-98.4%, its effect is better than any single inhibitor. The development of solid scale inhibitor offered the effective measure and the reliable basis to the oilfield scale inhibition.
