Coal has been the main energy source of our country for a long time.Our company has a huge stock of fine slag from coal gasifier.The fine slag is a kind of solid waste and has not been effectively used.In view of this situation,it is necessary to optimize the gasifier fine slag processing device.This project mainly focuses on the research on the fine slag treatment of our company’s gasifier.Through the improvement of fine slag transportation system and equipment selection,a new fine slag treatment system has been re-developed to achieve more efficient use and treatment of fine slag.The purpose of reaching the target.The system process of this project is to transport the fine slag black water of the gasifier to the filter in the paste pump room for filtration,and the filtered fine slag is transported to the receiving mixing bin for stirring to make it into a slurry state,and then passed The positive pressure feeder transports the fine slag to the paste pump,and finally to the furnace for combustion.The paste material formed by the fine slag of the gasifier belongs to the Bingham non-Newtonian fluid.In this paper,the flow characteristics of the paste material and the flow resistance in the pipeline are studied and calculated,and on this basis,the slurry material pipeline transportation system is carried out.Model selection and further optimization of the fine slag treatment device of the entire gasifier.Through theoretical research on paste materials,the whole set of equipment was re-selected.After the project was officially implemented,the optimized equipment could save the company about 1.2 tons of raw coal per hour,which greatly reduced the company’s cost and further Reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste slag discharge.
