In this paper, a new road for the extraction of alumina form Coal gasification fine slag was developed. Silica with high specific surface area and mesoporous material SBA-15 and Me-SBA-15 was prepared with coal gasification fine slag as material.The alumina mainly exists in the crystal lattice, with can be activated through roasting with sodium carbonate, then the activated aluminum can be distilled from roasted power with hydrochloric acid, and measurement of aluminium extaction yield. Through the experiment, the best conditions of roasting experiment are:The ratio of the coal gasification fine slag to Na2CO3 is 1.9:1 by mass and the optimal temperature is 350℃ for lOmin in sinter process, alumina recovery is about 89% at this condition. The ratio of the coal gasification fine slag to CaCO3 is 2:1 by mass and the optimal temperature is 700℃ for 15min in sinter process, alumina recovery is about 89% at this condition.Using coal gasification fine slag as silica sources, CTAB and Trion-X100 as a structure-directing agent, respectively, high specific surface area silica has been synthesized. The powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),BET specific surface test and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) characterizations show that the resultant materials have high surface area and well-ordered structures.Well-orderde hexagonal mesoporous silica structures(SBA-15) was synthesized under acid conditions from a coal gasification fine slag precursor and a nonionic triblock copolymer(P123)as the structure directing agent. A series of Me-SBA-15 catalysts was prepared by "pH-adjusting".The calcined materials were characterized by ICP, XRD, N2 assorotion/desorption,TEM, AlMas NMR and UV-vis spectroscopy. When pH value is set to 1.5, by taking advantage of 27 Al MAS NMR analysis that aluminum in the form of four ligand mixed into skeleton of mesoporous materials, Fe, Ti through uv-vis diffuse reflection that also in the form of four coordination. With the increase of pH, aluminum not only by four coordination with skeleton, and part of incorporation in the form of six coordination, not only form a skeleton in the iron species can form different outside the frame of iron.
