Research On The Application Of Xilankapu Pattern In Jewelry Design

The Xilankapu pattern is a cultural treasure of traditional folk handicraft of the Tujia.Its simple and vivid image,complex and changeable organization form and thick and gorgeous color colplace have unique cultural connotation and aesthetic value of the Tujia.With the diversified development of people's aesthetics and the psychological needs of pursuing individuality,the Tujia brocade pattern,as an ethnic element with distinctive artistic characteristics,still exudes its unique charm.This study is mainly divided into three parts: The first part summarizes the development process of the Silankapu pattern,analyzes and sorts out the style elements,color characteristics,subjects and contents of the Silankapu pattern,comprehensively understands and analyzes the Silankapu pattern,and provides theoretical basis for later creation.The second part analyzes the status quo,market demand and commercial value of ethnic style jewelry design products.Secondly,through case analysis,this paper focuses on the correlation between Silankap pattern and jewelry design in shape,pattern and color,and finds the meeting point between them.Summarize the application value of Silancap pattern in jewelry design.The third part is the design practice under the guidance of theory.Jewelry as the carrier,not limited to the inherent characteristics of Xilankapu patterns,using the methods of summary extraction,decomposition and reorganization to carry out design innovation,modern jewelry design into the characteristics of Tujia art and cultural connotation.The innovative application of Xiilankapu pattern as an element in jewelry design not only plays a positive role in promoting the transmission,protection,inheritance and development of Tujia culture,but also provides a new direction and new ideas for the innovative application of jewelry design.
