The surface resistance of polyaniline/poly(styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene)(PANI/SEBS)conductive elastomer will change in the range of 30-45 k? during the initial stretching process of dozens of times.The ambient temperature The increase of the temperature and the decrease of the environmental humidity will increase the surface resistance of the material.The instability of the surface resistance change during the stretching process and the influence of temperature and humidity on the surface resistance of the material will cause many problems in the actual application of the material.In view of this instability,however,the relevant system test and evaluation method has not been established yet.Therefore,this article explores the tensile resistance changes of PANI/SEBS in different temperature and humidity environments as follows:(1)Choose a PANI solution prepared by doping with dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(DBSA);choose a PANI solution prepared by doping with DBSA at 1:10 cetyltrimethylamine bromide(CTAB);choose PANI solution prepared by co-doping 1:10 nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(NP10)and DBSA.The solution was characterized by a multiple light beam instrument,and the solubility of the solution was checked regularly,and the sedimentation stability of the storage temperature of the raw material PANI over time was studied.The sedimentation stability of PANI remains the same at 15 and 25?,and the sedimentation stability decreases at 35?.(2)PANI/SEBS conductive elastomer is prepared by co-dissolving PANI solution and SEBS toluene solution.Setting time,pre-stretching rate,pre-stretching times,and PANI content as variables,explore the pre-stretching method of PANI/SEBS.PANI/SEBS is pre-stretched 200 times at a fixed pre-stretching rate to stabilize the range of ten sile resistance.Test the mechanical properties and characterize the surface morphology of materials in different pre-stretched states.And on this basis,the limit test of the number of stretches is carried out,the working life of the material is studied,and the application of PANI/SEBS materials as resistance sensors is promoted.(3)Set temperature and humidity as variables,and explore the correlation between the temperature and humidity test environment and the electrical properties of PANI/SEBS materials.The surface resistance of PANI/SEBS materials will decrease with the increase of humidity,and increase with the increase of temperature.By constructing a comprehensive performance evaluation system for PANI/SEBS conductive elastomers,this paper is expected to promote the establishment of related test standards,help the application of PANI/SEBS materials in resistive sensors,and provide effective technical support for the commercialization of this material.
