The flexible tactile sensor can get the related surface features through physical contact,such as temperature,pressure,hardness and material.It has many kinds of sensitive material for flexible sensor,which the most used is conducting elastic material.The resistivity of conductive polyurethane elastomers associated with the action force,compared with other materials,The hardness of polyurethane elastomers can be adjusted,and it have many kinds of base material so that it can be used in anywhere,it has high research value that get polyurethane elastomers used in flexible sensor.Based on the conductive mechanism of polymer composite materials,was analyzed the electrical conductivity of polyurethane elastomer;was determined the variety and ratio Based on the Characteristics and functional requirements of composite materials,made conductive polyurethane elastomer have the best performance;were analyzed the mechanics performance and conductive performance of polyurethane elastomer filled with carbon packing;Using carbon nanotubes added to the material,Analyzed the impact of electrical,mechanics and heat resistance.Discussed the conductive mechanism of conductive polyurethane elastomer,Explain the conductivity of composite materials using he tunnel effect and conductive pathways theories.Compared the different materials and product performance,made conductive polyurethane elastomer used of toluene diisocyanate,Polyethylene tetrahydrofuran,conductive filler and chain extender.made conductive polyurethane elastomer have the best performance through of determine the ratio of polyols,chain extender and isocyanates,control of the moisture content.Using acetylene black,superconducting carbon black,carbon nanotubes and nano graphite filled into polyurethane elastomer,discussed the carbon filler on the mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer.Research showed that,there have few change for the material hardness.The polyurethane elastomer filled with acetylene black can weakening the tensile strength of the material,but the elongation at failure of material was improved.While superconductive carbon black addition amount was 9%,the tensile strength of the material by the 32 MPa to 27.9 MPa,the elongation of materials was increased from 670%to 698%.while the carbon nanotube adding amount was 9%,the tensile strength of the material was increase 5 Mpa,the elongation of material was increase of 225%.A large amount of nano graphite can destroy the reinforcing of polyurethane elastomer,the tensile strength of material will be down when filled with 43%nano graphite,the number is 16.2MPa,and then the tensile yield of material will be down from 670%to 465%.The material would have the best mechanical property while filled with carbon nanotubes.Through test to determine that carbon filler effect on electrical conductivity of conductive polyurethane elastomer.Research results showed that,superconductive carbon black had the best electrical conductivity in the substrate material,percolation value was lower than the other packing.Starting from the force sensitive,While the pressure was ranged from 10 N to 20 N,it have the best resistance linearity when acetylene black filled with 5?6%.Within the scope of the pressure,it have the best linearity when filled with superconductive black.when the base material filled with 6%carbon nanotubes,it have the highest Linear and the pressure sensitive interval is 0?40N.Conductive polyurethane elastomer filled with Nano graphite have the subtle changes when the pressure more than 15 N.For the hysteresis,Conductive polyurethane elastomer filled with acetylene black have the best resistance hysteresis,the hysteresis coefficient was 9.Conductive polyurethane elastomer filled with superconductive black and carbon nanotubes had the worst resistance hysteresis.For the relaxation,Conductive polyurethane elastomer filled with sAcetylene black and carbon nanotubes have the same relaxation time.Conductive polyurethane elastomer filled with superconductivity carbon black have the best relaxation time,the Resistance stability time is 10s;Conductive polyurethane elastomer filled with nano graphite had the worse relaxation time,the resistance stability time is 80s.Conductive polyurethane elastomer filled with acetylene black had the best electrical performance.Carbon nanotubes had the special structures so that it was reinforcing role for material,Mixing different proportion of carbon black and multiwalled carbon nanotubes into the Polyether-Polyol Polyurethane Prepolymer by physical blending,after the chain extender,vulcanization to form a conductive polyurethane elastomer.Experiment showed that while two kinds of filler filling together,the volume resistivity between two packing single applied.With the addition of carbon nanotubes,the material of heat-resisting performance improved,When carbon nanotube content reached 1%,decomposition temperature from 290? to 307?.When the mass loss of 10%,The addition of carbon nanotubes improve material heat-resisting temperature 7 ?.The addition of carbon nanotubes can make the material mechanics performance improved significantly,Materials tensile strength and elastic modulus were increased significantly while carbon nanotube adding amount was 1%.
