| In recent years,Chinese coal production has grown steadily.The demand for hydraulic supports,which account for more than half of the value of important equipment for underground coal mining,is also increasing.The complex production process and harsh production environment of hydraulic supports have caused a large gap in their production capacity.At the same time,Chinese industrial robot market is also developing rapidly,which provides a good market environment for solving the problem of hydraulic support production.In this context,in order to improve the production efficiency of hydraulic supports and improve the production environment of workers,the research and development project of coal mine hydraulic support welding robot workstation was launched.The purpose of new product research and development projects in the welding robot industry is to ensure the economic benefits of enterprises.The smooth roll-off of new products is one of the important factors to maintain corporate competitiveness Therefore,enterprises need to focus on research and development project of new products.The quality risk management process in the R&D stage of a R&D project is particularly important to ensure the stability and reliability of the project’s products.If the quality risk management in the R&D stage is ignored,it will have an unpredictable impact on the product quality of the entire project.In Chinese current industrial robot integration industry,project risk management is still in the preliminary stage,and risk analysis and research are not yet mature.This research takes the quality risk in the research and development stage of the hydraulic support welding robot workstation project as the object,and determines the risk management structure of the thesis based on the domestic and foreign project risk management theory.First introduced the background and project process of the hydraulic support welding robot workstation project,and then used the brainstorming method and the Delphi method to collect and identify the risk factors.After the risk factors were identified,the quality risk in the project development stage was weighted through the analytic hierarchy process.Sort,confirm the risk level,and discuss the main risks.Finally,on this basis,determine the risk response criteria,and take corresponding risk response and monitoring measures for related risks.Based on the research on the quality risk management in the research and development stage of the hydraulic support welding robot workstation project,this thesis uses a combination of theory and practice to study the quality risk in the research and development stage of the robot research and development project,and establishes a relatively complete set of robot research and development project quality Risk management system to ensure the smooth progress of the welding robot workstation project and the achievement of goals.The research conclusions are helpful to improve the domestic welding machine robot industry’s understanding of R&D projects,promote the development of domestic related industry risk management theories,provide references for related industries,and ultimately improve the management capabilities of new product R&D projects. |
