Application And Research Of Photochromic Composite Of Tyvek Material In Outdoor Sunscreen Design

Since ancient times,technology and materials have been in a mutually reinforcing relationship.In today's highly developed technology,a number of intelligent color-developing materials have appeared and are used in various industries,giving people a different experience,but also because of the early overuse of mechanized large-scale production,which caused the ozone layer to be hollow,making it The protection against ultraviolet rays has gradually weakened,resulting in increasing demand for sun protection.Based on this background,this article explores the photosensitivity printing and dyeing composite experiments of Tyvek materials and analyzes the feasibility of their application in the design of outdoor sunscreen products.This research is mainly divided into four parts.First,use analysis and literature research to understand the characteristics and application status of Tyvek materials.Combined with the current situation of outdoor sun protection products,put forward the feasibility and optimization scheme of Tyvek materials for outdoor sun protection product design.Literature research and case analysis of photosensitive color-changing materials to produce a feasible method for compounding color-changing materials with Tyvek materials,and then conducting exploratory composite experimental research on Tyvek materials and color-changing materials to derive Tyvek photosensitive color-changing materials suitable for outdoor wearable products The main technical indicators were tested,and the precautions for using Tyvek photochromic materials were marked.Finally,the Tyvek photochromic materials were analyzed and applied to the daily visual skin clothing design practice of school-age children.The research purpose of this article is to conduct a composite exploratory experimental study on Tyvek materials and photochromic materials from the perspective of outdoor sunscreen products to produce Tyvek photochromic materials.While further expanding the dimensions of Tyvek materials,the analysis and practice of design and application of Tyvek photosensitive color-changing materials from the perspective of outdoor sunscreen products.
