Most of China’s energy consumption comes from coal energy,coal resources are the power energy for development.Coal consumption in electricity,steel,chemical and other aspects of energy consumption as high as 60%or more.Gas explosion accidents occur from time to time,resulting in extremely serious disaster consequences.Under this background,the study of gas explosion is of great significance and urgent.In this paper,the theory of gas explosion is analyzed,the mechanism and propagation form of explosion are expounded,and on this basis,a large experimental platform is built to carry out experimental research on explosion suppression.The explosion suppression experiments of pipe cavities with two sizes and three different cavity lengths and series are carried out respectively.In the experiment,the explosion suppression effect of cavity structure is studied under the condition of filling gas in the whole roadway.The over-pressure suppression rate of the cavity structure is-44.44%,the flame suppression rate is-55.82%,and the length of the cavity is 800 mm compared with the length of the cavity structure For 500 mm,the suppression rate of overpressure and flame increased by 10.43%and 15.22%,respectively.The structure of series double cavity has the effect of gas explosion inhibition,the suppression rate of overpressure is 13.4%,and the flame suppression rate is 8.11%.The experimental results show that the attenuation amplitude of overpressure is-19.39%,-0.37%,17.5%mm*500mm*200mm(35.12%,46.81%,and the attenuation amplitude of flame front is-22.36%,-1.07%,17.42%,30.05%and 45.35%,respectively.mm*500mm*200mm-500mm*500mm*200mm 800 The experimental results show that the attenuation amplitude of overpressure is 12.5%,16.81%,22,49%,25.99%,45.45%,and the attenuation amplitude of flame front is 44.15%,55.26%,66.05%,81.02%,95.68%,respectively.The experimental results show that the 85-35 combined cavity has better explosion suppression effect than the 85 single cavity structure,and the effect of increasing dry powder quantity is improved.This paper studies the effect of gas explosion suppression in cavity,which is closer to the actual environment of roadway.The results provide the basis and train of thought for the study of gas explosion suppression,and have practical significance.Figure[48]Table[17]Reference[92]...
