| Agriculture is very important in China,and grain storage plays an important role in the grain production process.The silo measurement system for grain storage has always been a hot topic of discussion.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the application development of silo measurement system and the theoretical research of data processing algorithm for silo material level measurement.Its research goal is to measure and process silo material with low cost,close to user’s visual interface,higher efficiency and accurate filtering algorithm,and ultimately get the result.Real grain testing data of vertical silos are presented.In this paper,the characteristics of grain accumulation are obtained according to the types of silos and the rules of storage and discharge,and a plane model is established,the material surface of silo is measured by laser ranging sensor.Through the research of data acquisition and device of laser measurement system in silo,the calculation method of two-dimensional data points is established in this paper.At the same time,the error data produced by the laser ranging method in the process of two-dimensional laser measurement are analyzed,and the existing measurement data processing algorithms are optimized.A set of algorithm steps is proposed to eliminate the error points.In the experiment,the proposed error point processing method is compared with other algorithms,which proves the applicability and validity of the proposed algorithm.The results of curve fitting by piecewise least squares method and total least squares method are compared,which verifies that the curve fitted by piecewise least squares method is closer to the true value,the method lays a research foundation for the client to view material surface graphics and use data to calculate volume in the future.In this paper,through the research of users’ actual needs and the existing silo measurement system on the market,and a framework of silo measurement system is developed to facilitate the acquisition,transmission and preservation of information.Using this architecture,measurement data can be stored in local database,while allowing users to remotely control equipment and access data.Finally,the silo measurement system is realized.After that,this paper introduces the design of existing hardware,then describes the function design of Windows service program,Windows PC client and Android mobile phone client based on React Native.Supported by the hardware of laser rangefinder,users can receive the sensor information of silo through Windows service.The remote control of measuring equipment is realized by Windows PC client and Android mobile phone client.At the same time,the silo data stored in the database can be acquired and the measuring errors can be processed. |
