The current world economic environment and market demand is changing rapidly,the domestic economic development has entered a new normal,market competition is gradually intensified,the profit model of enterprises needs to be changed,the change of operation management is imperative.In the era of change,enterprises need to respond to customer needs better,faster and more effectively,and tap the potential needs of the market.This not only poses a challenge to the business department of the enterprise,but also has a huge impact on the traditional financial management of the enterprise.The traditional financial management model has been unable to continue.Enterprises must transform to refined management and turn to management for efficiency.In the context of the new era,financial managers need to be more deeply integrated into the business,understand and support the business process,stand in the perspective of value management,help business decision-making and provide the basis for financial management to maximize the effectiveness of resources,information,control and value creation.Based on this,it is of great practical significance for enterprises to promote industry financial integration.In view of the actual management needs of enterprises in this regard,this paper takes G company as the research object,takes scale economy theory,process reengineering theory,organization flattening theory and information system theory as the theoretical basis,and adopts literature research,case study,research analysis and other research methods.Firstly,it clarifies that the financial sharing model is the basis for promoting the integration of industry finance,and puts forward the management concept of promoting the integration of industry finance based on the financial sharing model.Secondly,it introduces the background of G company ’s implementation of financial sharing model,and explains the practical path of its financial sharing model from four perspectives : organizational design reengineering,institutional system remodeling,business process optimization,and information system design.Then,according to the collected historical data and interview results,the financial management status of G company after the implementation of financial sharing model is analyzed and the existing management problems are summarized from four aspects : financial department personnel,information system use,approval process,and interdepartmental coordination.Finally,based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of G company to promote the integration of industry and finance based on the financial sharing model,with the support of the basic conditions of organization personnel,information technology and data processing provided by the financial sharing model for promoting the integration of industry and finance,the research on the integration of industry and finance based on the financial sharing model is carried out from the aspects of establishing the strategy-based management operation mechanism,information system integration,core management business process reengineering,information communication mechanism construction and professional and technical personnel training,and the successful implementation of the scheme is guaranteed through the four levels of organization,system,mechanism and ideology and culture.In order to solve the financial management problems of G company,realize the integration of business and finance,and promote the further improvement of financial management level.Based on the financial sharing service model,the promotion of industry financial integration is a systematic management reform,which needs to be optimized and adjusted in a wide range,which will also touch the essence and foundation of G company ’s management work.This also requires all parties within the enterprise to integrate link resources,work together,and do a good job in the whole process management,in order to achieve the expected management change effect.It is hoped that this paper can clarify the key path for enterprises to implement the integration of business and finance,provide excellent management experience for large enterprise groups to promote the integration of industry and finance management mode on the basis of financial sharing mode,empower traditional enterprises to transform and upgrade high-quality development,and achieve social and economic benefits.
