Research On Embedding Of Global High-End Value Chain Of Miao Embroidery Industry In Guizhou

In the new era,in order to meet the challenges brought by the new environment,industrial development should actively seek for the opportunities and methods corresponding to it,in order to build the ability to adapt to the international competitive environment.From previous literature studies,China's machinery manufacturing industry has been embedded in the global value chain,and some subsectors are entering or have reached the high end of the global value chain.From this,it can be seen that embedding into the high end of global value chain has become a strategic goal for many enterprises,industries and even countries to change the current competitive state or cultivate new competitive advantages.Therefore,this paper argues that the development of Miao embroidery industry in Guizhou can be broken through by embedding into the global high-end value chain.According to the current situation,most miao embroidery enterprises in Guizhou province have entered the global vision through OEM processing,but they have not really been embedded into the global value chain.Then,it is the focus of this paper to think about how to play the core competitiveness contained in Guizhou Miao embroidery industry,to explore what are the key factors affecting the rise of Guizhou Miao embroidery to the high-end value chain,and how these factors will affect the development of Guizhou Miao embroidery industry in the future.Based on this,from the micro perspective,this study firstly combined with the actual situation of a large number of literature reading and fieldwork,based on the related theory of carding and analysis,compiled Miao Xiu enterprise internal value chain link,its main purpose is to find the value chain link of the specific value creation activities,to explore the key variables of value creation activities are the research basis.Secondly through literature collection and communicate with industry pundits,three Miao Xiu enterprises as the object of case study,combined with the grounded theory of qualitative research and case study,carding collected a large number of qualitative material analysis,the valuable information classification and coding,based on the resources,capabilities,and output Miao Xiu enterprises value chain concept of category.At the same time,this research has changed the traditionalmachine manufacturing industry global value chain embedding research methods and research ideas,specific consideration of national cultural attributes and the characteristics of manual manufacturing operations,with two dimensions of social embedding--cultural embedding and cognitive embedding to discuss the upgrade of Miao embroidery enterprises.Finally,under the theoretical framework of building,combining with the above sample case data and qualitative material,build "Miao Xiu embedded-upgrade-society" the enterprise value chain theory model,and the following main conclusions: one is the value of the enterprise value chain to create activities mainly made up of resources,capabilities,and output,the ability as a kind of conception and material through forging way,getting ready is the core of the new product technology,to help enterprises to build brand and expand the significant influence.Second,cultural and cognitive embedment in social embedment have positive effects on the upgrading of enterprise value chain.Third,the enterprise value chain is upgraded by the intermediary role of social embedment.Fourth,the development of Guizhou Miao Embroidery industry follows the development path of micro enterprises to achieve the purpose of upgrading,the focus is to maintain the continuity of each link of the industry value chain.In short,this study applies the value chain research method of industrial economics,combines the cultural change theory of ethnology,the embedding theory of sociology and the qualitative research method,and discusses how the miao embroidery industry,a local characteristic industry with minority characteristics,can be upgraded and embedded into the global high-end value chain through enterprises.This research will have certain reference significance for the development of miao embroidery industry and other characteristic industries in ethnic regions.
