With China's accession to the WTO,tobacco industry has gradually come to the increasingly fierce market competition,in order to achieve the national work "high-quality cigarette " put forward by the tobacco industry'sstrategic task,tobacco companies need to constantlyimprove enterprise incentive mechanism,and improve enterprise management level.As an important content of enterprise management,the establishment of scientific performance appraisal system is particularly important.Based on Yongzhou tobacco leaf tobacco line as the research objec t,combined with the questionnaire survey and field interview method,this paper first analyzed the present situation,then diagnosed the problems of the tobacco line existing in the original performance appraisal system,and finally analyzed the reasons i n detail.On this basis,burden tobacco salary system is used to optimize the evaluation system of tobacco leaf line from five aspects: inspection agency settings,evaluation content,evaluation index,evaluation process and the application of the assessmen t results,the performance appraisal system of tobacco company tobacco company in yongzhou city is improved,the corresponding safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimized assessment system are put forward.This paper aims to optimize leaf tobacco line inspection system in Yongzhou tobacco,stimulates the enthusiasm of the tobacco staff,enhances the competitive ability of enterprise,and promotes the healthy,stable and sustainable development of Yongzhou tobacco company.Meanwhile,also provides reference basis for the optimization of performance appraisal system in other tobacco enterprises.
