In the iron and steel industry,the steel logistics is easily neglected.Its automation level is far lower than that of steel production.Field workers need to spend time and effort running in huge reservoirs to determine the real-time location of materials and cranes.In view of this situation,this thesis takes the coil storage area of the steel mill as the research object,aiming at reducing the workload of reservoir managers and improving the level of reservoir management automation,designs and develops a set of visualized monitoring system for the reservoir area of steel mill.On the basis of crane location tracking system,the system visualizes the stacking,material and traveling in the reservoir area,and provides auxiliary reservoir area management function.Firstly,this thesis introduces the general situation of coil storage and transportation process in different reservoir areas of steel plant.According to the user's needs and performance requirements,B/S architecture is selected as the software architecture of the system.The specific functions of the visual monitoring module and reservoir management module are designed,and the possible difficulties in the process of system implementation are analyzed.Then,the specific function realization methods of visual monitoring module and reservoir area management module are studied.Starting from the real problems encountered in the implementation process,the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes are analyzed.The specific functions of the two modules are successfully realized based on ASP.NET UI controls and JQuery library.Then,the performance indicators of the system are studied from four aspects: real-time,security,scalability and stability.Optimize the data acquisition,data processing,data transmission and data display links of the system to improve the real-time performance of the system and enhance the monitoring effect;adopt salt-added MD5 encryption algorithm and data filtering measures to ensure the security of the system;improve the software development structure,set master page,configuration file and exception handling file to improve the scalability and stability of the system.Finally,according to the idea of system implementation,using common software development ideas,the software implementation and test cases of the system are given.In addition,the software is described in detail with field application examples.The system has been applied in many reservoirs of SHAGANG Group.During operation,the system runs stably and has been unanimously approved by employees.
