Matrix acidizing is one of important methods to improve the production of oil(gas) wells and injection rate of water well. The effect depends on the technical perfection level of acidization. Conventional acidizing treatment is to inject acid into layers accroding to the volume of theoretical design and pumping program,and then to predict acidizing effect by comaring the productivity before and after acidizing treatment.But it will cost some time to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment.This article comprehensively considers the temperature,reaction heat,and multilayer nonhomogeneity to establish sandstone acidizing prediction model.This model can predict stimulation ratio and reveal acidizing process actually. Since the volume is theoretical value,so it may different from the actual value,if the acid volume to clear damage is less than theoretical value, excessive acid is not only wasteful,but also may cause secondary damage.And there some uncertain facors during the treatment may reduce the acidizing effect,which can not be predicted by conventional acidizing.Therefore,how to evaluate the validation of the acidizing treatment scientifically and rationally is very important and necessary. Acidizing real-time monitoring technology develops based on it.The technology can real time evaluate acidizing process,then control and guide acidizing operations effectively.According to monitoring the construction process parameters to reflect whether it consistent with the design value,and make adjustment in accordance with the actual situation. The real-time monitoring and evaluating technology plays an important role in optimizing acidizing treatment and evaluate acidizing effect.Acidizing design is the theoretical guidance and reference of actual treatment,and real-time monitoring technology is an technological means and important guarantee to improve the effectiveness of acidizing.Therefore, On the basis of systematic investigation of acidizing design and real-time monitoring technology including the existing research results and problems of domestic and foreign,establishing calculation model for the design of sandstone acidizing:wellbore and formation temperature distribution model, acid and mineral concentration distribution model, porosity and permeability model, acid effective distance model, stimulation ratio model,and acidizing real-time monitoring calculation model. Presenting the overall design of the system both including acidizing design and real-time monitoring technology, and completing the acidizing calculation program design and real-time monitoring program design. The program can predict acidizing stimulation effect according to basic data, and monitor acidizing pressure and rate data during treatment, analyse and calculate skin factor, determine when to stop inject, judge whether diverting success or not, optimize acid volume and ingredients, provide the most timely analysis of data,ensure to complete acidizing treatment in a high quality. Moreover,operators can summary the construction experience as a reference for the next treatment by data readback.The program associate theoretical design with field operation.The theory is as a guidance of field operation and in turn real-time monitoring technology can help operators to adjust and optimize the design through the real-time monitoring data. It has very important guiding significance and practical value to the acidizing treatment.
