After the pipeline leakage accident occurs,the most important measure is to use special tools to quickly control the leakage and gain valuable time for subsequent maintenance and repair.At present,conventional pipeline rapid leak plugging technology can only be applied to oil pipeline where there is no large radial deformation,and there is no mature means for pipeline leakage due to large deformation or circular breakage.A new flexible sleeve plugging technology is proposed to solve the problem for large radial deformation leakage of oil pipeline.In this paper,the overall structure of the flexible sleeve and the leak stoppage process are designed,and the strength of key parts of the flexible sleeve and the sealing at the opening connection are checked.Aiming at the difficult problem of contact sealing on flexible surface,this paper designs an inflatable sealing bag structure,and studies the performance of the sealing bag.Flexible sleeve can achieve controllable drainage through the drainage valve,which can meet the requirements of pressure plugging.At the same time,it also realizes the lightweight and modular design of fast plugging tools.It provides protection and convenience for the rapid leakage control of pipelines in areas with inconvenient traffic,such as mountainous areas and water networks.It is of great significance for the development of pipeline large deformation,damage and rapid plugging technology. |
